Dear Sir,

I have received a fine/penalty notification today for an offence of no parking which in my view is not valid. The site is on link road, Kandivali west

I have spoken to the 3 policemen on ground as to why they took the photo . they said it was for no parking. However there is no board / traffic police signage saying it was"no parking" zone. I have attached photos to share of the same which i request you to consider.

I feel this no fault of mine as a citizen as there is no signage from traffic police and police had no answer to my query. One of them replied you should see televison and paper as link road is a no parking zone. My point is why there is no signage of Mumbai police

You can also send a representative of police anytime from now till 5.30pm for resolution. I am available on [protected]
I have tried your helpline [protected] but there is no response

Kindly help remove this fine and confirm. I reconfirm, On site there is no traffic police signage

Challan No : MUMCM[protected] dated 19/Feb/19

Please note a wrong challan was generated against car no MH01BB1735 by RTO.

The challan should have been generated against car No MH01BB7735 which is a Honda car and Not Car no MH-01-BB-1735 which is a Wagon R.

Please ask RTO to correct the same and delete the challan against car no MH01BB1735.

Today I taken auto [MH47 AD 2838] from my Home [Mahindra Colony Gate No. 1 To Kokilaben Hospital, Andheri West] It is 8.5 Km distance.
But the driver of my Auto not taken daily Route; so I asked about it he was started to argue with me. He was taken me by loag route [additional 1.6 Km] and also charged me more Rs.30.
I am travelling this route daily since last 4 years by Auto as well as on bike. So I know the route & distance, but he cheaed me.
Kindly do the needful & take necessary action!

Hello Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that I have received a message for E challan raised against my Vehicle number for fees 1400.

I was stopped by the constable at Pestom Sagar road number 6 sub lane when I was taking a left to Eastern express highway.
The left signal was open and still the constable who was talking on the phone stopped me.

Request you to please look in to this cancel the challan.

Hello Sir,

I was stopped by a Constable on sub lane of Pestom Sagar road connecting to eastern express highway for jumping the signal. However, the left turn is always open and there is no signal at that location.

I have received a message of E challan for fees of 1400 which is incorrect as I have not violated the traffic rules. E challan number [protected] for your reference.

Request you to please look in to this cancel the e challan as I have not done any offence.

The signal lights at the Link Road Goregaon sports club are not working. It been past 3days that the signals don’t show any lights. There are lot of kids who come to the club for their coaching and it becomes dangerous for them to cross the road. The Link Road signal is working however the towards station n mindspace is not workin. It creates confusion for the vehicles also.
It’s Is a humble request to please look into this after at the earliest

This is with reference to wrongly charged E-challan no MUCCM[protected] dated on 16/06/2019. Where RS 500 has been charged for driving without helmet and RS 500 for driving without licence.

I agree with the charges for driving without helmet and will pay the charges driving without helmet.

But I am wrongly charged for driving without licence as I was driving with my licence and showed it to the officer also.

Request you to help to rectify the E-challan

Though the vehicle no. shown in E-challan images is mine but the vehicle shown is not mine. Also, I don't know the driver or rider shown in the images. I am really shocked that someone else is using my vehicle no. I am uploading my vehicle images as a proof.Kindly resolve the issue as early as possible.

I have received the e-Challan PMCCM[protected] "13-Jun-2019 13:38" which was send to my mobile number for wrong side.. this was done wrongly so I have paid Rs 200 due.

But for same Violation of wrong side got
another e-Challan PMCCM[protected] "13-Jun-2019 19:10"

Please find the attached photo attached for both e- Challan which was very similar & captured with same position one is close to camera & another is with some distance but this for same Violation at same time ie "13-Jun-2019 13:38"

Requesting you please cancel the e-Challan PMCCM[protected] "13-Jun-2019 19:10".

On 17.06.2019, at 08:30 I was Bandra highway just after the Santacruz flyover. There are taxis that stand in a line along the highway. I got into a taxi and asked him to take me to Elphinstone. He flatly refused to ply but then told me that he would take me but on one condition that he would go only via the sea link. I asked him if he would pay for the toll for which he refused. I asked him to take me through Gokhale road but he did not want to go from either Tulsi pipe road or Gokhale road as he did not want to go though traffic. I am surprised that now taxi drivers will lay down the rules as to if they would want to take us or from where they will take us to our destinations !
He was not dressed in uniform too. he had worn a beige shirt and black pants which is not the official dress for taxi drivers. He said he has no problem and told me to go ahead and complaint...I had to get down from his taxi and hail another one. This behaviour is absolutely unacceptable and outright harrassment to a lady. I request you to take necessary action.

Sion road no. 6 Sion West -
Owner and residents of Plot no. 18 Sion West road no.6, have encroached on public footpath outside there plot by illegally parking all their vehicles and have obstructed the public footpath. As such we are compelled to walk on road with heavy traffic inspite of having a wide footpath thus putting life at risk.
The said persons have put up "police nirikshan samiti" plates on their vehicle to threaten public in case anyone intends to lodge complaint.
The entire footpath is occupied by their vehicles without any space to walk.

Poor traffic management on JVLR is causing unacceptable delay. No traffic police available on critical junction like Durga nagar/ Mahakali . Signal time is so short that even 10 cars can not pass and traffic jam on bridge. Same is on western expresss highway near Growel junction. Why opposite LANE IS NOT KEPT OPEN TILL Thaur complex bridge.
Traffic in charge on this two routs shall be suspended for poor work. It is watse of tax payer money.Trafffic commissionor is also equally responsible.

Illlegal parkings outside our building apple plaza next to dadar manish market behind kohinoor technical institute there are people park 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers outside our commercial building which creates traffic on private road of kohinoor technical institute and apple plaza building kindly please make that road no parking and install no parking boards outside our building these creates too much mess and there are lot of outsiders who come and park their vehicles here and leave always there are tempos 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers parked here this creates too much disturbance for members of buildings and kindly take strict action against these vehicles here parked on private road of kohinoor and apple plaza in kasturchand mill compound

My echallan no MOFF[protected] which is incorrect .

First of all there is no evidence provided, no car photo is clicked
Further, the violation has been on a Friday 08.11.2018 at 14.51 hrs
when I was already in office and car was parked safely in parking zone
already parked at 8.30 in the morning.

Request Mumbai Traffic Police to withdraw the incorrect challan.

This has reference to sms received by me today (11/june/19) which is as follows

Maharashtra police traffic br, echallan# tnccm[protected], fee:400. For details mahatrafficechallan.gov.in. Pay within 15 days to traffic police or website.

On receipt of sms i checked your website and the details were as follows

Sr. Challan no.- MUMCM[protected]

Challan date & time:- 11 june 2019 14:48

Please note that, the evidence attached with the Challan is not my vehicle number at all ( PhotoAttached)

Vehicle number – MH 47 N 2 9 (plate number is not mentioned completely at all) this vehicle doesn’t belong to me at all.

My vehicle number is MH 04JK 1298 ( Mehra Tours and Travels)

This is wrong Challan and colleting the money for any reason from another vehicle also location is not mentioned at all

I request Mumbai Traffic Police to cancel fine and reverse the Challan and also request to levy it to the proper person.

On 09.06.2019, at 21:05 I was at Perry cross road bandra. I stopped a rickshaw and asked him to leave me to khar east..He refused to ply straightly and when I took picture for lodging complaint..He said he has no problem and said me to go ahead and complaint...This behaviour is not good..i request you to take necessary action.

Tempo and vans park illegally and in an very obstructive manner in the lane leading from Shubjeevan circle to IC Road no 5. They are three lines of parking sometimes and that leaves no space for people to walk and cars to pass. This parking is also a menace as drivers urinate and dirty the place during the day. During nights this is a haven for drug addicts and drunkards. These people sit behind these parked tempos and drink and do drugs. This is a huge menace for women and children from the vicinity. Children playing in neighbouring buildings are at risk from these people. Please get this place free of this menace and risk before some major disaster happens to some child or woman. Can share videos of the triple line parking if required.

My vehicle is Hyundai Verna. From the app of Mumbai Traffic Police I found that I have been charged a wrong fine of Rs.1000/- as Driving without Licence of Rs.500/- and without Helmet of Rs.500/- . The Challan No. is MUMCM[protected].

Please note that, the photos attached with the Challan is of a bike having different number.

I request Mumbai Traffic Police to cancel fine and reverse the Challan and also request to levy it to the proper person.

I had taken taxi from mazgaon to parsee genral hospital he took it from all the way from jj flyover to metro to chowpatty n then from kemps corner to parsee hospital wasting our time and bill of 160 Rs he also
raised his arm as we told him he should have taken the other way.

I was on my way to office, as usual i was standing in queue for Auto rickshaw at andheri station east..when my number came i sat in Rikshaw, he told me to get off from auto, i asked him Why? he said this auto is for sharing if i want to ride then i have to pay 100 rupees i said why should i pay 100, to reach at my destination everyday i pay upto Rs.25..i denied to pay him 100 rupees then he turned a rage into anger & put rickshaw in the side, i told him that i will complaint your in police, on that he said..jaao karo, mai bulavu kya police ko, aap logo ko achhe se bolenge to samjata nahi hai, when i was taking picture of his number plate he said..kheecho kheecho photo nikalo jo karna hai karo..by that time other autowalas was started telling me that madam dusra rikshaw lelo i was not having much time so i took another auto and left from there but that another rikshawala also didn't even leave me on my destination where i had to go..he dropped somewhere else and he said yaha se aap chalke ja sakte ho...my day started in such a dirty way..from there again i was trying for another Rikshaw..
