Dear Sir / Madam

I am noticing an e challan on my vehicle no. MH04EQ7138 as follows
Challan no. MTPCHM[protected]
Date & time 9th July 2018 12.48 pm
Offence: No parking
Fine : Rs 200

Please note that the whole of 9th July the vehicle was parked in my office premises basement at Vidyavihar having its own parking facility just like any other day.

My home also has a parking slot in the society as allotted to me.

There is no question of a wrong parking and hence the fine.

Request to revoke the challan on priority.

Due to illegal parking by transporters and packers and movers for trucks and tempos there is lot of disturbance round the clock behind Green Hills, Building No. 4, Akruli Road, Lokhandwala Township, Kandivali East.

People are talking loudly in foul language creating lot of disturbance, drinking and doing obscene acts. We feel unsafe all the time.

This is a residential area and commercial vehicles should not be allowed to be parked at all. They disturb the peace to locality, these people behave and act like hooligans.

Please make different routes for auto from andheri to seepz direction.. at least till chakala. As due to auto and four wheeler traffic are more.. otherwise there will be no traffic for the buses. This is kind suggestions please do needful to reduce traffic..

In narielwadi mazagoan bikes are parked on both sides in an unsystematic way. Inspite of telling them not to park on both sides yet people park. This problem can be solved only if RTO interfers in that. I have submitted my complaint online many times bu no action has been taken.Request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible. No way for ambulance to come in emergency.

There are 2 signals near Kirti College Junction Dadar West on SVS Marg. One near Agar Bazaar and one near Prabhadevi telephone exchange. The one near the telephone exchange is always blocked when the one near Agar Bazaar is red. Please synchronise the signals so that they become red and green at the same time. It becomes impossible for residents to cross the road as the junction is blocked by cars.

Unauthorised vehicles have been parked in lane for years now. We have been sending complaint letters to local BMC, RTO & corporator. Have complained on Twitter & the traffic police WhatsApp as well, since more than 2 years. Absolutely no action has been taken. The entire lane is marked as no parking zone & vehicles are parked under those signs. There is no regard for the law. No office takes action. All residents are forced to walk in the middle of the road and there are constant traffic jams. Ambulance and fire brigade pass the road several times a day and ambulance often gets stuck. There is complete neusance to all residents and danger to their lives. I don't know what a citizen is supposed to do when the authority responsible for clearing this mess ignores every complaint.

Unauthorised Parking on this road for entire day is very dengorous for Shailendra School kids and resident of shailendra Nagar. Many time private Buses, Trucks, cars and bikes are parked at both side of roads. Also people visiting post office in parked their vehicle on road too making more difficult for kids to move around on roads. In afternoon time Auto rikshaws drivers are parkind autos on both side of road and sleep in autos. Even residents of Colony are parking their vehicles on road. Over and above traffic moving in from Highway at Gokul anand Junction to S V road moves from colony to avoid Shivshakti Junction signal, making it more difficult to walk on road. Kids of Shailendra Collage who comming by bikes doing reckless driving of colony. Many accidents were happend earlier but no action taken yet on this. pls help

The traffic signal is poorly managed. Police personnel, 8f present, male feeble attempts to regulate traffic in the most lethargic manner. Traffic jams are the norm. Minor accidents are routine. Major accidents don't happen because of God.
Powai residents, pedestrians and car users, are the biggest sufferers.
Can the Traffic Police help? Can it help? Does it have the will to help?
I hope Traffic Police take steps to make it safe for Powai residents to use road at I I T Main Gate.

My echallan no MTPCHC[protected] is incorrect as the same is for a different vehicle. The evidence provided shows a Hyundai Vehicle whereas I own a Maruti Ritz. The registration number of the vehicle in picture is similar to mine but is not clearly visible. It has been presumed that the number is same as my car. Further, the violation has been on a Wednesday at 22.37 hrs when I was at home. I do not drive my vehicle on weekdays. Request Mumbai Traffic Police to withdraw the incorrect challan.

Today on the way from office to home, a local bus service operator MH04FK1666 had almost run over me by over taking my vehicle, in a sheer case of rash driving. I got the bus operator to stop at Kasarwadavli signal besides HP petrol pump and confronted him with rash driving, the driver along with 2 others started hurling abuses at me and started to threaten me by over running me, i saw a traffic operator and informed him about the issue, he insisted call 100, the bus operator fled from the spot, I chased him until Dmart, Mr. Patil from waghbil Naka police chowki was also present at the spot, I insisted him to check the licence of the driver, but instead of checking all the papers and licence of either the bus operator or my self, he started saying I was the one who was swearing at the driver, and the driver is a very decent boy as he knows him for long time, he even instructed the driver to file an NC on my name. I continued my stand that I did not swear at the driver and he was rash driving. Mr. Patil started clicking images of my bike and said nothing has happend to my bike and no accident happened, hence he can not do anything to the bus driver and I must leave immediately.
Such is the justice I received.

Sir aaj kal traffic police bina wajh ke paisa wasool kar rahi hai they need to fulfill there target thats the reason college going children ko harrash karne ka start kiya hai . My Child is having E receipt of DL & he has not yet received Original DL from RTO that is not our problem, still he is carring receipt of E Challan still RTO is asking him to pay Fine, he is always wearing Helmet than also they are charging fine for him . This is really harrasing people by RTO to fulfill there pockets . Now we need to file a big complaint against RTO for harrasing Children .

Dear sir,
I was surprised and shocked to receive E.challan no.MUMCM[protected] dated 15 June 2019 with 2 images on 10th road of Juhu scheme opp. my house where there is no board showing NO PARKING and school bus and other vehical also parked. I have also marked Traffic police stands outside my building gate near PCO van inquired they also informed that as no board of NO PARKING ONE CAN PARK.
Second time also same place Mumbai Traffic charged vide E challan no. MOFF[protected] dated[protected] with no evidence and again on site.
As Sr. Citizen i would like you to waive the same as it is wrongfully charged. Please do the needful as early as possible.

My echallan no MTPCHC[protected] is incorrect as the same is for a different vehicle. The evidence provided shows for two wheeler name as MH43BQ8280., and my vehicle number is MH43BG8280 and my vehicle is four wheeler, The registration number of the vehicle in picture is similar to mine but its two wheeler. It has been presumed that the number is same as my car. Request Mumbai Traffic Police to withdraw the incorrect challan.

This is to inform you that I have been incorrectly charged on challans for multiple time following are the challan nos on vehicle number MH01 DL 6957 which is orginally an Yamaha FZ25, in pictures taken by traffic police shows to be Suzuki BURGMAN STREET 125cc and other bikes except mine.

Requesting Traffic police to cancel the E-Challan, please find the snaps attached to the ticket.

There is a traffic jam near Pallava Dombivali since 7:30am. No one from traffic department present over here for clearing the traffic. Since more than one and half hour we are stuck here. Kindly help to release the traffic at the earliest. There are commuters driving vehicle from the wrong side and thus adding on to difficulties.
No traffic person present to clear the traffic or to direct the traffic.

Footpaths adjacent to roads approaching from western express highway to pumphouse are encroached with public vehicle parking, there is absolutely no place to walk for pedestrian. Are these footpath made for them or common public to walk.

Heavy traffic always at the road, near stock holding, due to the bridge construction, which has been constructed since 3yrs. And still it is not completed. Taking such a long time to construct such a small bridge on such a busy road is disgusting. Hope after such long time taken the bridge would be of good quality. Please look after this as it takes around an hour or more to cross the road of 5-10 min. Why strict action is not taken for the once going on wrong side of the lane. Traffic police also should be given right to take strict action. Please look into this and do the needful. Thanku in advance.

Inspire of your continuous efforts to control traffic, there is lot of traffic from powai to jvlr connecting western express highway. This is since few days and everyone is stucked for hours. Request you take some immediate action to reduce the pain of commuters and make travelling a good experience. It took me 1.5 hours to reach from Vikhroli station to Goregaon hub mall. I hope you will respect time of Indian people and do your best to minimize traffic. Thank you

Kindly do not allow tempo trucks on roads on western highway in evening till 9.30 pm. It creates problems.in bandra kher wadi parle andheri police is seen occasionally in peak hours.
It will reduce our car journey atleast by 30 to 60. Minutes.
Yesterday it took 2.30 hours from bandra to goregaon at 8 pm night.
Hope you will take prompt action.

Tps road opp savarkar udyan - gate no.3, borivali west. Is filled with two wheelers as well as four wheelers making it difficult for pedestrians to walk. Sometimes cars are parked for days together.
It's almost impossible to walk without being hit by an ongoing vehicle. Not only that, the cars are parked haphazardly. Especially the area near the garden. Can the authorities do something please?

On m g cross road no.4, kandivali west after patel nagar, when this road bends left, on right side besides sagar super market one side of the road is completely blocked all working days except sunday. Pedestrian Walkers are forced to in the middle of the road. Please act on it.

Once signal is green i start my bike and move but in front of me 1 rto officer is standing he stop me and said pay the fine bec u have not listen to other rto officer who stand on ur right side when i turn back he stand so far that i have not seen him so as signal is green i move i request him alot that i have not violate the rule i have not seen that officer n when iam seeing the signal why should i see the officer who is standing very far on right side bec he is too far and appologise but without any reason he charge me and told to pay 1200 i said for what purpose i should pay i have not break the rules
Then he capture my bike number ask my mobile number and said jao abahi online say pay karo i have not understand for what reason he have charge me

I am resident of subhash nagar, chembur (E). Whenever there is any event or function carried out in chembur gymkhana, all the vehicles are parked outside on the road outside infront of our society and municipal school all day long. It causes huge problem for the trespassers and school students. Buses are prohibited from that way. Even there is no way for the ambulance due to those vehicles.
Please do the needful.

Auto rickshaws parked in front of the gate and thus vehicles cannot get in or out of the building gate. These vehicles are parked in such a way that they obstruct the vehicular payments. This is being a practice since quite a few months in nariman road, vile parle east outside naval palace building. This is causing alot of trouble for everyday vehicular movements

This has happened multiple times to me, that a transgender is harrassing me for money at oberoi signal at goregaon east. I don't understand why our traffic department is not taking action on this. Specially the begger who begs towards the sv road side. Use faulty language and faulty sign language.

Updated by Hemant Alankala It happened to me again, the begger is using faulty sign language and use harsh words creating a public nusance. After crossing the west east sv road signal, the oberoi signal is one now i am getting scared of. She tells why you use this signal. Please let me know what else i have to use if i have to go to satellite station from west. I can't avoid her since i travel via auto. I paid her twice if she expects me to pay everyday then it is gundagardi.
Please please please take some preventive measure.

On the western express highway, at the santacruz vakola signal, going towards andheri, a white bus of swami samarth travels, vehicle no. Mh 04 hy 1234, dashed our innova crysta, causing a dent and scratch on the right side, the driver did not stop even when he touched the car damaging the side mirror and the right front side. When questioned the conductor replied it’s nothing and sped away.

Wrong no parking fine has been imposed on my car. My car was parked properly and there was no bus stop or any of no parking sign near by and many cars are being parked there daily. The picture in the app also shows only car parked but it does not clarify that my car was parked in no parking zone. The location where my car was parked was opposite kala niketan maine lines.
