Mumbai Traffic Police — challan for no document without any proof

Mumbai police has incorrectly imposed e challan on my two wheeler.
There is no point that i didn't shown documents as if you see in e-challan there is no relevant information provided like photo or video for evidence, not also the location where the fine was imposed. I always carry all documents with me for both my vehicles.
This is really disappointing at least a person should be aware where he has done the mistake, it doesn't make any sense just blindly imposing e-challan without any relevant information. So request you to please look after this issue and waveoff the incorrect e-challan.
