These pics taken are late in the night and don't justify how the car was causing an obstruction to free flow of traffic. After 8'o clock, there is no restriction on parking anyway and secondly the pics need to show that there was a no parking signal. All the pics are hazy and looks like mum ai traffic police is putting these challans to harass the citizens.
