To commissioner of traffic police, Dear authorities, I have received an e challan on my mobile number [protected] of rs. 200 for wrong side parking I have received 2 challans for same reason (Parking on wrong side) of same date (Aug 14th, 2019) no. - mumcm[protected] and mumcm[protected] I am ready to pay the amount of fine for one challan and not 2.
