Dear sir,

I have received massage from vk-mhpech. And charge fine rs.200/- for lane cutting. But it is informed that it is not our vehicle. Your are wrongly fine our vehicle number. I saw vehicle photo in evidence image, but this is not our vehicle photo. Kindly withdraw echallan no - hspcm[protected] of vehicle no mh 15 ck 4825, wrongly charge to us.

I have received message on 6th Dec 2019 as under:
Maharashtra Traffic Polic Echallan No MUMCM[protected] Fine 700 . pay on line : http://mahatrafficechallan.in/p/6208129b3 ( within 15day.)

I have gone through the website and it gives following details:

time of offence: 13:51
offence: without helmet Rs 500
signal voilation Rs 200

Immages shown are of scooter with two persons. car in the image is also not mine

I do not own any scooter. I am retired person and yesterday I took out my car No MH-47A-1388 outside my house only after 2.30 pm. How can I commit above offences as alleged.

I went to traffice police office near Malad sub-way and they advised me to lodge online complaint and told me that I need not pay this and need not worry.

request you to delete the E challan which seems to have been wrongly sent to me also inform me on my cellphone number [protected]

Hi this is wrong challan been put on as I was not here at this time and my car was parked in my building during the time the challan date and time. So this is incorrect challan been issued. Please remove this challan immediately.

Also as per the image the number is MH 05DT 2221. Then why the challan is issued on MH04DT2221. Please get this rectified immediately.
