Dear sir, This incident happened on 3rd Sep 2017 at 7:30 pm near dmart at bhandup. The driver has left the vehicle in middle of the road and having snack beside the road side food stall ... this caused great inconvience to the fellow men causing tremendous traffic and despite seeing the traffic the driver dint respond and had a very rude tone at other whoever has reaquested to remove the vehicle.
