Mumbai Traffic Police — illegal parking on footpath and encroachment | |||
Sion road no. 6 Sion West - Owner and residents of Plot no. 18 Sion West road no.6, have encroached on public footpath outside there plot by illegally parking all their vehicles and have obstructed the public footpath. As such we are compelled to walk on road with heavy traffic inspite of having a wide footpath thus putting life at risk. The said persons have put up "police nirikshan samiti" plates on their vehicle to threaten public in case anyone intends to lodge complaint. last so many months orally complaint made and more than 40-50 bmc dumbpers are parking between the road and morning 6.00 am to 8.00 am and evening 8.00 pm to 10.00 pm, now school has started near the vicinity.
Kindly look into the matter urgently.
