Mumbai Traffic Police — no entry sign not displayed but yet charged for entering a supposed no entry zone

Yesterday i had picked my friend from andheri station east and wanted to go to saki naka. I took a right turn and asked a pedestrian how to go to the highway as due to the metro lines it was confusing to me. I had gone there after 15 years. She guided me and i followed her instructions. There was no sign indicating that it is a no entry zone. However the police officer insisted that i make the payment. Despite my pleas he even said madam do not shout i am doing my duty. I was only asking him show me the no entry board. He said it must have been removed by dome miscreants. Then why do locals who do not travel on regular roads suffer.

Sudha

My vehicle number MH03CE4348 AND I PURCHASED MY New bike Dominar 400 in January 18 so because it's new bike I don't ride in so speed. I rarely cross 70
And the location it's showing in photo on highway is impossible because of single and slow trafic..
