Mumbai Traffic Police — Signal jumping and wrong way

Instead of collecting fines on zebra crossing we should concentrate more on signal jumping and wrong ways specially by bikers..
Most of the zebra crossing are faded away and not to be seen.. many places we stand behind the zebra crossing but many best and auto deivers honk a lot and specially auto drivers abuse if we do not give them way while signal is red... this happened to me last month as i was waiting for signal to turn green and standing before the zebra crossing and best bus kept on honking for which i got frightened that he might dash my car and then i moved ahead for which i had to pay tge fine.. so i think zebra crossing fines are useless... signal jumping and wrong ways which create major accidents everywhere should be considered more important..
