Mumbai Traffic Police — traffic challan wrongly charged | |||
I was charged double money against section 100 CMVR 177 Motor Vehicles Act and 236 MMVR 177 Motor Vehicles Act. I have checked online, fine for both section are 100 INR each but traffic police have taken 200 INR each for these rule violations. I am attaching my challan photo for your reference. Traffic in mumbai is at its extreme . From Lower Parel till boriwali it’s taking average 4 hours .
People are suffering a lot from this .
Why can’t u open a one way from wrong side till boriwali in order to make it easier.
Else kindly donot allow tempo trucks from 5:30 pm till 8:30 pm on highway
