Mumbai Traffic Police — traffic situation in elphinstone area

Stuck in elphinstonw traffic from past 45 minutes.. My car has not been able to come out of india bulls finance parking because of heavy traffic under the elphinstone flyover. Request authorities to address the traffic issue efficiently by allocating better traffic police and time bound signals. If this is not handled well and action not taken within a week, then this shall be escalated
To higher authorities and serious action shall be taken against the traffic police handling the area.
