Mumbai Traffic Police — wrong challan payment made

Dear sir/madam,

Instead of sending numerous emails i am not getting a single revert on my grievance which mentioned below and writes to mtp help desk ([protected]@mahatrafficechallan.gov.in; multimediacell. [protected]@mahapolice.gov.in)

"i was making payment for my challan no. Mtpchc[protected], however, by mistakenly i entered mtpchc[protected] challan no. At the time of making payment from payment.

I requested mtp helpdesk to transfer the same amount to the"mtpchc[protected]"challan no or confirm if the same will be refunded back to my account, however, not getting revert since last 4 months."
