Re: Challan No. MUMCM[protected] issued on my vehicle MH03BW4594 on 17/6/2021. The offence cited is "No entry in one way". This is a false charge, as I was driving on Shahid Bhagat Singh Road after Colaba Post Office and in the direction of Navy Nagar, which is a two-way road. The two photos given as evidence both prove my point, as Naturals Ice Cream and the entry to Usha Sadan society can be clearly seen in the background, showing I was on a two-way street and on the left-side of the road. Mumbai Traffic Police customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 28, 2021 Updated by UdayRao Mumbai Traffic Police has denied my grievance which I had made on the app, without providing any evidence that the road I was travelling on was a one-way road. It seems that the mere taking of a photo of a license plate is considered sufficient evidence of a violation, with no need to even justify or prove the violation.
