I had a hair cut done at naturals signature phoenix market city, no proper information was given about the pricing and details and not a proper hair cut was given i strictly hope that u take necessary action and i want the refund for the extra charges that have been applied. PFA below of the bill. In the bill the price of 720 was not mentioned for us we came to cut only for one person and bang for the other they didn't ask abt the trim cutting to the parents and asked the kid for it and didn't inform us and they charged the price. Kindly take strict action.

    We are from jawahar nagar, Hyderabad. And it's a study centric area where mostly students reside in.
    Got service from Gandhi nagar naturals salon beside SBI. The service was ok but they've been charging too much. The actual price for threading was 40 whereas these guys looted INR 177 for just eyebrows and upper lip threading🙏. It's not just once I suffered, everytime the same amount they are asking.Please resolve this issue as this degrades the fame of Naturals brand.

      Charging more than in the rate card

      The hair cut and the charges

      I've got my hair cut recently at naturals branch located in sv complex, kurnool. I'm really very much disappointed with the haircut and my hair is all ruined. I've paid 1000rs in addition with 18% gst and my hair length is not even upto my shoulders. I've asked the stylist for the suggestion and he said he would give a nice layer cut so the volume would look good. That's the biggest mistake I've done. He completed the hair cut within 15min...

      I am Ranjitha from Chennai, K K Nagar. I have seen the Instagram reels from Naturals Signature Ashok Nagar, mentioning that they are providing an offer for haircuts (all types) for Rs.100 only. Hence, I called and booked an appointment to avail the offer.

      When I went there with my friends, they were not even providing a chair for sitting, we 4 people were standing outside and waited for a long time.

      After a long wait, they started servicing us. But, they are not doing a good job, when I asked the stylist to do a medium U cut and 2 layers, she trimmed my hair. It is not even a U cut (I have attached a reference photo) and it seems some unprofessional lady has done this haircut. At normal parlour itself they will spray water and then cut the hair. But in naturals signature shock nagar, they are not even taking a correct measurement. Also, they are not allowed to sit on the chair while doing that haircut, I was standing while doing the haircut also. It means they are insulting a customer who came for this 100 rupees haircut. It is really unethical things in the business

      Not providing a chair for their customer itself showing a customer service of naturals signature ashok nagar Chennai. They are not providing good customer service. And there was the totally worst experience with them.

      They are advertising an offer for Rs.100 for all haircuts, but in reality they are not doing that. When I visited there, they told me some extra amount of Rs.590 for hair wash. Then why do they need to advertise for a sake. I am really not satisfied with their services.

      I need a solution for wasting my time and my hair. They are just playing with the customer's hair for practice.

        I have already raised a complaint through natural head office but there is no right person to contact or speak to. The salon in ramapuram had called and again did the highlights. The problem is not with the stylist but the product they use. I have already shared them the screenshots of after service how they did the highlights. They only blame customers. I have spent 6k which is of waste money. I dont find it worth the amount i paid and this is the second time they are doing this highlights and i dont want to spoil my hair further. Worst experience with them

          Issue with billing and service

          I have an active membership at Naturals. I took 3 services from Naturals Ambattur on 30th September 2023.

          1. Naturals Brightening (Mem amount Rs.1800 & Non-Mem amount Rs.2000)
          2. Threading (Rs.40)
          3. Detan - Face, Neck & Blouseline (Mem amount Rs.550 & Non-Mem amount Rs.600)

          Not satisfied with the facial because my lips were burning for the entire day and regarding threading - it was...

Today, I went for a haircut, but without any prior explanation, the stylist began cutting my hair and subsequently handed me a bill for ₹1500, without displaying a rate card or providing any explanation for the charges.

          I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly, as such incidents can be perceived as harassment by customers and have the potential to tarnish the reputation of your esteemed brand.

            We are regularly facing poor customer service from Natural salon located in Tirunelveli town courtallam road branch opposite to Rose Mary ideal public school. I have visited the saloon for 3 times over a period of last 8 months. Always staffs are keep on saying there is appointment even though no customers are available in the saloon and they are not ready to tell us to wait or given an alternate arrangements.

            Staffs in the saloon are simply sitting and send all the customers to go out. They are not ready to work. So better close the shop so that any other sugar cane juice vendor will come and run business over there better than you

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I am writing to formally register a complaint against Naturals Salon & Spa, Dindigul, a salon located at, TNPK forum, Dindigul, for the disastrous hair smoothening services I received on 8th September 2023. I am deeply dissatisfied with the services provided, and I believe that the salon's negligence has caused severe damage to my hair.
              Details of the Incident: On 27th August, I visited Naturals for a hair Keratin treatment, hoping to improve the condition and manageability of my hair. They did the keratin treatment sent me home and told me to come back for a hair wash the next day, Unfortunately, I had to travel to Chennai for an emergency situation so, I called the salon and asked if I could wash my hair at a different location, one of the staffs picked up the phone said I can, then I washed the hair at a different location, the hair looked really dry and rough even after the treatment I called the salon again and told them about my hair, they asked me to come in person, and then they said the procedure didn’t work because I didn’t get hair washed from their location, I paid them 20, 500 rupees along with the shampoo which they suggested me, which is way too expensive when compared to the other Salons. Then the staff said she would redo the product again after 10 to 15 days, I came in again on 8th September which became a nightmare for me, the staff suggested doing hair smoothening (rather than doing keratin again) this time, and started putting the product on my hair, but the product got overprocessed, my hair was breaking and shedding, I could see my hair all over the floor, I got shocked, one other staff was silently sweeping my shredded hair on the floor, they again charged me 5500 rupees for that pathetic treatment, after all these procedures I had no changes, hair looks the same, ever drier, worse and hair became thin and easily breaking, it’s a terrible experience. I paid 26, 000 overall!
              I contacted one of my friends who owns a salon and explained to him the situation, he then told me once the keratin is done, they can't do the smoothening procedure on the same hair until the next hair grows, I got super shocked! This shows the staff’s lack of knowledge.
              Unfortunately, the services provided at Naturals were far from satisfactory. The issues I encountered during and after the treatment include:
              Unprofessional Conduct: The staff at the salon displayed a lack of professionalism and expertise. They seemed untrained and did not handle the treatment process with care and precision and did the wrong treatment.
              Misrepresentation: The salon staff assured me that the smoothening treatment would enhance the texture of my hair and reduce frizz, but the results were the opposite. My hair became extremely damaged, frizzy, and unmanageable.
              Severe Hair Damage: The chemical used during the treatment was either of poor quality or improperly applied. As a result, my hair has become weak, brittle, and severe breakage. I have incurred substantial hair loss as well.
              Financial Loss: I paid a significant amount for the treatment, only to receive substandard and damaging services. I had to incur additional expenses to seek corrective treatments from other salons.
              Mental Distress: The damage to my hair has caused me significant mental distress and affected my self-esteem. I am embarrassed by the condition of my hair, which was not the case before I visited Naturals- Dindigul.
              I have attached photographs of the condition of my hair before and after the treatment. Furthermore, I believe that Salon should be held accountable for their negligent actions and compensate me for the financial and emotional distress I have suffered due to their services.
              I kindly request the Consumer Court to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Naturals - Dindigul. Furthermore, I am seeking compensation for the damages incurred, including the cost of corrective treatments, and I hope that this complaint will prevent other customers from experiencing similar hardships.
              I am willing to cooperate fully with the Consumer Court in providing any additional information or documentation required to resolve this matter. Your prompt attention to this complaint would be greatly appreciated.

                I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding my recent visit to the Naturals Salon & Spa branch located at Shop No: B1, 27 Express Mall No 2 Club House Road, Chennai. My name is Mrs. Kousar Jahan Fayaz Ahmed, and I had a highly unsatisfactory experience at your establishment on 4th September 2023 at 8:56 PM.

                Firstly, I would like to bring to your attention the issue of misleading pricing. Upon inquiring about the price of the de-tan service, I was given conflicting information by the salon manager, Mr. Nazir. He initially quoted a price of Rs. 950, while the price card displayed a rate of Rs. 850 for the same service. When I questioned this discrepancy, Mr. Nazir informed me that the price of Rs. 950 was the new rate, whereas the Rs. 850 was the outdated price list. This was rather perplexing as my sister and friends had availed the same service at other Naturals Salon branches in Chennai for the standard rate of Rs. 850.

                In addition to the pricing issue, the behavior of both the manager, Mr. Nazir, and the staff member, Mr. Anand, was completely unprofessional and insulting. Their demeanor toward me and my wife was derogatory and disrespectful. When questioning the reason for a Rs. 100 surcharge, Mr. Anand stated that it was because the salon was located in a mall. However, it is important to note that various other Naturals Salon branches in the city do not apply such an additional charge. The insinuation made by both Mr. Nazir and Mr. Anand, through their strange glances and reactions, was demeaning and unnecessary.

                Furthermore, I would like to highlight another incident during this visit. When my wife inquired about an eyebrows service, Mr. Nazir dissuaded her from proceeding, claiming that it was not scientifically beneficial for the skin & also it effects uterus. This crossed a line, as it is not his place to dictate what services we choose to avail ourselves of. His unwarranted interference upset us and tainted the overall experience. Additionally, when I asked Mr. Nazir for a hair care service, he rudely dismissed me and suggested that I seek Ayurvedic remedies elsewhere, insinuating that your salon's chemical procedures were harmful.

                The culmination of these issues has left me deeply dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and treatment received at your establishment. To support my complaint, I have attached the cash memo (no. 69339) as evidence. I eagerly await your attention to this matter and expect a prompt response to address and rectify these concerns.

                I would appreciate it if you could kindly investigate the aforementioned incidents and take appropriate corrective actions against the staff involved. I believe it is crucial to uphold the values of professionalism, respect, and fairness within your organization.

                    Hair colour and hair cut services

                    Terrible experience; never suggest. Total loss of 5000 rupees. I went there to have highlights, but it appears like they don't know what highlights are.
                    They used a color on day 1 and I paid 2500/- for it. I complained that it wasn't excellent, and they responded by offering to color you again tomorrow at no charge.                     I visited Naturals kuniamuthur on[protected]. They asked me to wait. I waited for 30 minutes and still had no response from them. I was even not told why I had to wait for that long. The customer who came next to me was invited in but I was still waiting.                       I visited the Yapral branch of Naturals darling in Hyderabad for a regular hand and leg waxing service. After initially telling that they don’t have enough stock they went ahead and started the waxing service. While waxing the legs I felt that the wax was extremely hot and told the woman doing the waxing. She said that my skin is sensitive and it will be fine.

                      After completing the leg waxing, when I felt immense burning sensation on my legs I saw that there were burn marks and boils started to develop on the legs. I confronted the owner of the branch and she kept saying that my skin is sensitive. Later when I said how can waxing cause 1st degree burns and showed her my burn marks, she said sorry my people are not trained enough and I’ll take care of it the next time.

                      I would like to raise a complaint that this is extremely risky for any consumer and the staff are not even properly trained.

                      Please take necessary action and revoke license of the branch. I have attached pictures of my burns as reference

                        On 20th May, 2023 I went to natutals in Bapatla (newly opened branch) for services like eyebrows, upper lip and chin wax. The one who did the service hurt me by applying hot wax on my lip and as a result a scar developed on my lips. She did not completely removed the hair also. The staff lacks knowledge, inexperienced and they are not really interested in the work. Though it is newly opened, just because of brand value we came to naturals in Bapatla...but the staff is worst and my advice is to replace them with other professionals...so that customers will show interest if service is good.

                          I had gone for hair cut today. They told my hair is getting damaged so better do hair spa. So I tried that, would be given an anti hairfall spa and they washed and applied cream, kept for 15 minutes and the spa is over. I have paid the full amount ie 2950 for a 15 minutes of hair spa without a spa at all. This is not the first time i am having spa. But never had this horrible experience.
                          Kindly tell me why would I have charged this much price and the price is just 1100 in menu card but they charged very high amount. So please check and send my amount back.

                            I had this experience at your salon @ Kanhangad, Kasargod, Kerala. When I came to get my hair cut, they put me in the chair, draped and told me that the time was up. Later they asked me to come tomorrow. I am a cardholder member of your salon. Insane, freaky incident. I hope this never happens to anyone again.

                              This complaint is to express my disappointment with the service I received at the natural parlor.last month i done keratin treatment from naturals kadubeesanahalli branch for more than 10k . With in first wash itself my hair comes to previous manner .i visited to the parlor and they apologized and done the keratun again .. same only happened after the second procedure also . I informed to the stylist and he said me to come to parlor again .. when i visited parlor again, the manager took me to the room which is not visible by other customer and claiming that it may due to my hair issue .                                 Dear Naturals Salon and Spa Customer Care Team,
                                I am writing this email to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Salon de R (Naturals) branch in Kollam, Kerala. My family and I have been loyal members of Naturals in Whitefield Bangalore, Kadukodi branch for a long time. We are happy with the services and discounts we receive as Naturals members.

                                However, our recent visit to the Salon de R (Naturals) branch in Kollam was not a pleasant experience.We went there for hair clouring, pedicure and facials in
                                April 2022. Despite being Naturals membership, we were informed that we could not avail the membership discount for haircuts and hair coloring or of any services. They mentioned that we had to purchase their membership to avail discounts. This policy seems unfair to us, as we have been Naturals members for a long time and have availed discounts at other branches.
                                Furthermore, we were not provided with a bill for our services which we found to be exorbitant. This is not the kind of service we expect from a reputed salon like Naturals

                                I would like to request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action. It would be great if you could provide clarity on the membership policy and discounts applicable at different branches of Naturals.

                                I would appreciate it if you could ensure that your customers are treated fairly and equitably.
