Mumbai Traffic Police — wrong e challan withdrawal

My vehicle mh01au9561 has been charged with wrong e - challan on 4 april 2019 under violation of reg. Number and letters not as per prescribed measurement. It had taken me to a total surprise as the letters on my number plate are clear in english and i am not having any fancy number plate. Also i have e challans under no parking, but there is a board stating that parking allowed after 12:00 noon, even then the traffic police comes at 17:00 hours at takes the picture of my above mentioned vehicle, without any prior announcement. I request your goodself to withdraw the e challans for my vehicle.
