Mumbai Traffic Police — wrongly fined for not wearing helmet | |||
On 30th august i was fined for not wearing helmet which i agree. However at that time according to 129 of the mva act i should have been fined for inr 100. However i was fined for inr 500 for not wearing helmet (I had all the papers and license). And thus i was forced to pay 500 e-challan when the fine should have been only 100 on that day. The police officer who fined me was polite and informative but i don't why i was fined 500 instead of 100 Was this information helpful? | |||
