Sir/mam,
I was working with st aloysis nalasopara for 15 days in place of shahin miss as subsititue. That day mrs vaishali pillai said me rubbish. My mistake was also not there. I had came down with students, but she was saying me you didn't came with students. But one of the student mr abhay pratap ran away without informing me with neighbour. She called me & said that his parent (Father) has come go & check where the student is. I went there but as the bus was coming watchmen said to go in & pt sir was handling the parent. After then the parent went home to check whether child has came or no. I called the child's home many times it was not reachable. Then mrs vaishali pillai started calling. The chid had reached home. But there was no co-ordination between the child's mother & father. Mother had sent neighbour to pick up the child & child went with neighbour. Father was not knowing that child went with neighbour. After that miss vaishali shouted & me & i was saying her i was with students, mr abhay pratap went without informing me. She was not listening. I still said her sorry. She is saying that rubbish girl dont say anything. You was not standing there, you came last. I said her miss why are you saying rubbish she said me i am supervisor & you are back answering me. You have to listen. Next day mrs vaishali came in class for supervision. I said mr abhay pratap yesterday i was standing there & without informing me you went. He agreed in front of mrs vaishali. After that she told me to teach. I was teaching students as per my method. But yes, i was not teaching them wrong. She said me this the way to teach. No aids used. No method. Firstly no one have told me about methods. She called all teachers & insulted me in front of them. You dont know to speak & teach what you will teach students. I went to sheela miss & informed her about what vaishali miss is doing & i said her i dont want to continue. She said me okay & she said that she will give me salary. All teachers just copy & write in pink book. No discussion they do i was new how will i know? Even co-ordinater had said me teach how you know vaishali miss will come & observe. But she didn't came for observation for 15 days & when that matter happened she came. Mrs vaishali pillai supervisor said that she will not give me salary, just because she is the supervisor she can say rubbish & speak anyhow to the employees. I was just appointed as substitue. It was just hardly few days i was working. I am calling in school but they all are just ignoring. Reading messages but not replying. No one is calling in return & replying. Now when i called sheela miss she is saying that i will talk to management because you have not completed the days. I have informed sheela miss about vaishali miss that she is harassing me & then left the school & she had said me that she will provide salary.
Kindly provide me salary, because i was spending money & was going to school. Now they all are blaming me. If you want you can check notes & my sign on books. Take strict action against miss vaishali, because she is using substitute teachers & when their teachers come she does harassment & teachers leave. There was one more subsititute miss bhagyshree also she had harassed lot. Just because she is supervisor injustice should not be done with teachers. Even we have family & we come to work.
