Hello Sir/Madam, I am Sarfaraaz Ansari, final year computer engineering student from Bharat College of Engineering, Badlapur(W), which is affiliated to University of Mumbai. The reason for writing this mail is that I downloaded the timetable of first half VIII-Sem engineering examination which I have attached with it, and I saw in it that the first paper is on Friday dated 12th May, 2017. I would like to inform you that as an Indian Muslim I and all the Muslims in India has to offer Friday prayer(Namaz) within the time slot 1 pm to 3 pm on Friday and in Badlapur we students of the above stated college has to attend the Friday prayer at 1.30 pm. As the timing for the exam is 11 am to 2 pm this will cause us hurdle in attending the Friday prayer. We students have two choices either we skip or leave the exam hall at 1 pm or skip the Friday prayer. Skipping the exam or Leaving the exam hall early will affect our results and to skip Friday prayer is impossible for us. So I request you to please consider our request. I have some suggestions that can be made in the timetable which are mentioned below:
1. First is that within the same time slot i.e. 11 am to 2 pm you can change the day of the exam other than Friday.
2. Second is that with same day you can change the time slot from 3 pm to 6 pm.
I hope that you will consider my request seriously and provide me and all the students suffering this problem by fulfilling the request. Please reply if there is any query regarding this email and please inform us about the changes if made.

SSC boards exams are going on. St. Augustine School Nerul does not have camera's installed in the school hence giving the students a chance to cheat/copy in the ssc papers.

Students appearing for the ssc board exam 2017 and those who have got their centre in St. Augustine school nerul are openly saying they were told to cheat/copy by the supervisor, supervising them.

Strict action needs to be taken by doing justice to the sincere students.

I was submitting an application to get photocopies of my answer sheets. The payment went through however the application is still showing incomplete and asking for payment again.
There is no complaints number on the website. The complaints form is available, but when u try to fill it, it gives an error.
No one answers the university phone number.

It so happens that TYBcom See-5 Export Marketing ATKT paper held on 3rd May'17 clashes with the IPCC Accounts paper. Not just dates but also the timings clashes. Export marketing ATKT exam timings are 3pm-to-5:30pm whereas IPCC Accounts paper timings are 2pm-to-5pm. I request you to take this into consideration and make the necessary changes as so required.i have read articles about Mumbai University changing the time table on requests of students for the aforesaid reason and hoping you do the same this time as well.

Pls note that i came to know that the Revalidation form of TYBCOM for old course 100 Marks is now can be apply online only, If yes then pls let me know how can we apply for it. Pls let me know the full and complete details how to submit the TY Bcom result for Old course of 100 marks to Revalidation form.Thanks for your cooperation in advance.

I am a student of IDOL. I am in Tybsc IT and the results of sem 5 are out 10 days back. However 90% of the students have failed in it. Students have got marks which has surprised themselves and we don't expect something like that. There is for sure a mistake and whoever is the examiner has done a major mistake. The authorities for the same and denying to even meet the students and making excuses. We have given a written application to the controller of examination but nothing has been done yet. The director of IDOL has also send an email to the controller but still no action.
They expect 90% of the students to apply for revaluation and the results for the same mostly come even after the kt exam is over. I personally have failed in all the five subjects when I expected to pass in all.

I am a student studying my final year BMS, is very disappointed with the way the University is delaying the Semester 5 of the TYBMS students in the city of Mumbai.
We the students appeared for the exams in the month of November '16 and now it's been almost 3 months and there's no news about the results yet.
The bachelor of commerce students got done with their exams a week after the BMS students, yet they've got their results .
The University should seriously probe into the matter and find a solutions ASAP.

I am writing with reference to the tybcom (Idol) october 2016 exams. I would like to bring to your notice that the students who have appeared for the exam in october 2016 for tybcom (Idol) are very concerned with the results not being declared after 4 month of giving the exam.

The webpages of mumbai university on social media have been posting the results and admissions of all the other various courses besides tybcom (Idol) october 2016. As per the rules of mumbai university and also the maharashtra university act, the results are to be declared within 45 days of giving the exam. I fail to understand that there is no intimation of the results being delayed or any update of that sort. The university also does not respond to phone calls nor any messages posted on social media.

On 18th january i went to mahatma phule bhavan and met the controller of examinations i also showed her my hall ticket and she said that the results are delayed it will be rolled out only after a month and was also being told that i'm not an exception there are thousands of other students waiting for the same. I agreed to it and left from there, since then i'm hoping to see only one thing that is tybcom october, 2016 results published at http://mu.ac.in/portal/distance-open-learning/idol-results/

As students of mumbai university, we are very disappointed with the careless attitude and the behaviour shown to the tybcom (Idol) students since our careers are based on the results.

It is our sincere request to please look in the matter and declare our results as soon as possible to know the further course of action.

i want submit ATKT examination but i am late to submit my respected staff or teacher was told me to pay 1100 for one sem as per the university rule i have to pay only 610/- but the staff was told u pay 1100 now this is late fee according to university is that right or wrong. please answer .

I am MCA Student. I have completed my MCA except 4th semester in one subject.
Some person from Mumbai university asked me for money to pass. I don't give money so Mumbai University Kalina tries to fail me again and again for taking money from me.
Even if I scored higher in all other subjects.
Fraud university please stop getting bribe from students.

I am Upadhyay Rohitkumar Ramesh Chandra(Seat no. 1082451) a TyBsc mathematics student of Nes Ratnam college of arts commerce and science bhandup west mumbai 400078.
I want to inform you that My Tybsc sem 5 result is showing unsuccessful.
it is showing 15 out of 75 which is next to impossible.
even my teachers told me to go for revaluation(one of the topper in this subject)
I am sure that there is an error in marks allotted to me in mathematics 3(Topology of metric spaces (Revised) paper code. USMT03R.
I want to request you that please correct the error before my sem 6 result.
Otherwise I will take a strict action on Mumbai University.

I am a tybmm student from st. Andrews college bandra. I have appeared for semester v exams in 2016 and have passed in all the subjects expect for one internal exam of media planning and buying which is due to my college's fault as they forgot to enter my marks. College is not willing to look into this matter and clarify things. I urge you'll to kindly help with this matter and guide me with the process for the same. Hoping fpr a positive response.

Sir i filled up the revaluation for the first half 2016 (D. H. S), i thought that the result might come 2-3 months as per the policy of mumbai university maximum 40 working day but it still not been displayed on website, i don't know what to do cuz i have my exam on 16 december for (D. H. S) please sir give your response as early as possible cuz it's about my degree hope u will reply and check my paper at the required before 16 december. My seat number is 43281463 for sem 8 cbgs (Civil engg)

I completed my diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education in 2015 from SIES college, affiliated to the Mumbai University. I have still not received my diploma. Each time I went to the university, they mentioned that my college hadn't paid the convocation fees. I submitted proof saying that they have. I attached a letter and to which they approved. They asked me to come after a week. A week later when I went back, they said that they won't issue the diploma as they weren't aware of the cbgs format or something. They're the most lethargic people you can ever find on this planet. They are so lazy to even strike a conversation with the students. They unnecessarily take breaks for one and a half years and the students have to wait outside for them. They're extremely rude and don't even have a code of conduct. I request you to take this piece of information seriously and help me get my certificate on time. I've wasted my time with this university and hoping I get my certificate soon.

We got question paper at 11.45 of ma subject that is today:[protected].
We got extra no doubt about that... but 11.00 to 11.45 we were sitting like we no clue whats going with question paper.
In 45min my concentration for exam... was get very low and level of frustration was increase by every single mintue... and the same thing was repeated on tax paper that was on[protected] same centre.
My requesting to please take action for it.
I dont want things to be repeated on my costing and fa paper that is on 21st nad 22nd november 2016.
Please action must be taken against that college.

This is regarding the complaint with reference to the penalty related with a case of cheating in the semester paper.
In this particular scenario I was caught cheating in one of the six papers, but I am having to face a penalty where I am field and all six of the papers and also appear for them after exactly 1 year. Hence, I am having to repeat a complete year and also Facing a penalty of getting a fail in the rest of the five papers.br...

Sir, I am student of Vishwakarma Institute Of technology studying Mtech in design engineering and for completing my admission i required to submit migration certificate from mumbai University for which i have applied for 3 months ago through college but also I am not getting it . I just wanted to know about time table of my t.y.b.com examination but when i visited university site there is no record of such time table and its already october how i will prepare my schedule for studies .please help me show us the right time table for t.y.b.com reguler course. And please show us time table as early as possible if there any so please let us know about such link.
