I had applied for duplicate degree certificate on 28 Feb 2022 and made the payment for the same. On aaple sarkar website the application status is showing "forward" since the last 1 month with no other update... Tried calling on these numbers:[protected] but executives are saying it’s pending and proceed for appeal.
My application form has now an "appeal form" which asks wierd details and I have no idea how to fill it nor there was any instruction regarding this given anywhere. Please help me on what to do and how to proceed.

The appeal form asks details like:

1. Name and Designation of First Appellate Authority/ प्रथम अपिलीय अधिकाऱ्याचे नाव
2. Address of the First Appellate Authority/ प्रथम अपिलीय अधिकाऱ्याचा पत्ता

Apart from the applicant details I am not able to understand what to fill in the rest of the options. Please help me.

Ts rahaman, maritime training college is planning to conduct offline exam for students, and this has become a serious problem for the students as they have been attending online lectures for all 3rd 4th 5th and 6th sem, the students are facing huge tension and stress due to this decision. The mumbai university suggested to conduct online examination to all colleges in mumbai including autonomous colleges but this college is not considering it and taking offline exams and this will spoil the future of students.
Expecting mumbai university will take this issue into account and take a proper decision.

I have completed my PGDFM year 20-21 from IDOL Mumbai University. I got my degree certificate for said course on 03.03.2022 but there was mistake in Marathi surname mentioned on it. So as directed by PGDFM section I went to Mahatma Jotirao Phule Bhavan and submitted said certificate for correction same day.

Since 03.03.2022 I visited Mahatma Jotirao Phule Bhavan in Kalina Campus on 15.03.2022 and 22.03.2022 and staff handling...

Im being following up with the university staff for result since very long but still I did not get my result. the head of the department is on always leave Whenever I visit the university . Pls help me to get my result because my Career is on stake.

It has been 7 months of online payment on aaple sarkar portal and after multiple follow ups I am not been provided with my duplicate 10th class marksheet. I am not even able to submit for appeal. I need my marksheet asap please help

NKTT College of commerce, science& arts, Thane west, 400601, UG office of college, asked me to visit Mumbail University, in kalina santacruz, mumbai regarding mistake in name on degree certificate and changing it, i visited university immediately, but the MU(mumbai University) staff of convocation commerce faculty said there is absolutely no need to visit MU for this matter as the college is supposed to handle the problem regarding Degree certificate of the year[protected], they also expressed annoyance towards college sending students in university as travelling from residential place to university is hectic, time wasting and expensive. Even after visiting college several times, and telling them about the response which MU gave me they didn't look after my problem, neither they cared and asked me to visit again and again college because the college authorities had no idea about the rules & responsibilities of the same. They said they will be asking about this in Mumbai University, but yet no response from the college. I'm fed up of visiting to college daily and not getting the work done at once nor any of the office staff is helpful. The college authorities never inform us about any matter related to issues like this, and most importantly whenever we ask them anything, they never know anything. Because of their lack of interest and responsibilities I had to put complaint about the college staff. kindly help with this matter.

Dear sir/madam, I am a FYBSC CS student of Mumbai University requesting you to please hold Sem 2 UG exams in Online mode. We are not even 10% prepared for the offline exams as majority of our sem portion has been taught us in online format. There is great Chaos among students, we are not happy with the decision even as our colleagues of sem 4 would be giving exam in online mode. I have cleared my HSC in 2020 before COVID-19 outbreak but due to some unfortunate circumstances not able to take admission in 2020-21 AY, resulting in gap of 1 year.In Previous year I have visited Kalina Campus MKCL office regarding my situation but nothing good had happened.Please try to understand my problem. We students are a lot afraid regarding at/kt for sem 2 as we are enrolled in an autonomous college in Andheri. Please take our sem 2 Exams in online mode too.

I Abhilasha Gupta have completed my BSc biotechnology from Elphinstone college in 2021 but haven't received my marksheets of semester 5 &6 till now due to RPV. I have already submitted my 12th hallticket and migration in Elphinstone college for verification. It's been a really long time now. I have taken admission in MIT WPU. If I'm unable to submit my documents till 7th March they will cancel my admission and my whole year will be wasted. Who is going to be responsible for that consequence. I request you to give my marksheets of semester 5 and 6 & the PRN status report before the due date. Hoping my whole year would not be wasted.

I am a 2017 passed of student, I could not give my last paper like normal students as I had lost my father that day and I gave a reattempt exam in the same year and cleared it.
I had applied for my convocation and degree from the Institute I passed as soon as my passing certificate came.
It is 2022, I still have not received the certificate.
When i visit the Insitute, they ask me to visit the University and at University they one time told me to get a letter from college and other time told me that the date has gone but they never issued my certificate.
I urgently need my convocation and degree certificate for job applications.

I would like to seek your attention for the matter below.
The Mithibai College of Arts, Chauhan Institute of Science, Amrutben Jivanlal College of Commerce and Economics of SVKM group affiliated to University of Mumbai is conducting its March/April 2022 exams for 4th semester for regular students in offline mode only, disobeying the guidelines o[censored]niversity of Mumbai.

Students are unhappy about it.
University of Mumbai understood the fact that semester 4 students should have online exams due to Online classes, but this college is disobeying the guidelines of the university saying that it's an autonomous college, it can do whatever it want to.

Kindly please look into this matter as soon as possible.

When will I get my 5th Semester and 6th semester Marksheet (TyBsc)? Why so much of delay? Why I still didn't get my 5th semester Marksheet till no since I had given it In December 2020? Does it takes a whole year for making a certificate? What is the reason behind it? Why still not giving the certificate of both semester? Many o[censored]s need to search for a job or do further studies and without the marksheet we can't do it! Our whole year has gone waste.

We the students of the MCT’s Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology from Mechanical department, we are approaching through this letter to look into the matter of how our college is working in offline mode.
We started with offline practical in the start of this month but only vaccinated people were supposed to come for offline college. But now our college has scheduled offline exams from 28th Feb, 2022 for TE and BE Students and for SE students it is scheduled from 7th March, 2022. Before organizing this no vaccination survey was done by our college, many of the students are not yet fully vaccinated and are not in town as well, many students are also facing difficulties in traveling due to current restrictions on traveling due to covid-19.
We have appealed to college to look into the matter but we have received no response from their side, so we are approaching you to look into the matter, please do the needful.

When I canceled the Admission of MCOM in 2019, mumbai University (idol) colleagues had said me that your payment will be refunded in 6 months. You will receive a letter at the time of refund. Then came the pandamic of covid-19, but when it started back to normal, when I inquired about my repayment, they told me that no letter has been sent yet and payment has not been made. This thing has been happening for 3 years ago and we have not received any repayment letter yet.
However, we request you to pay attention to this matter

Mumbai University — I am not receiving my third-year mark sheet semester IV.
I graduated in the year 2021 and I still haven't received my third-year mark sheet of sem 6. My college - Thakur college has issued 2 -3 reminders letter to MU. and I have personally visited 4 times last 2 months. They are informing me not to print out my mark sheet lots and I am continuing to follow up last 2 months but same updating at counter no. 26 in Mumbai university Kalina.

Please look into this and do the needful as I cannot let myself grab opportunities without my results.

I have submitted all the documents related to application for receiving original marksheet for my M.com Part I and II and already it's been 2 months yet I have not received the letter which was told by the officers that it would come within 15 days at my home which I have to bring in order to collect marksheet .
I have done my M.com from MU IDOL .
Please I don't know what to do next I hope that they solve my issues .

Hi my name is Yash karkera and I am a graduate in 2019. From that time till now i was running behind university to get my final sem result however i got my result yesterday[protected]. The main thing which I want to say is improve your services please. I went through the processes and you guys give new information when I use to come university although I had RLE problem for which I paid the fine and you guys told me you just have ti show the fine bill and your result will be given that didn’t happened after showing you the bill the staff o[censored]niversity said you now have to go to college and the get the letter which they have sent in college and also check the date from our register the day we have sent the lettert to the college. The staff said that and also wrote the date on my fine bill so that will easy to check for me in the register and the date was[protected] by that I thought it will be easy for me but then i came to know that these staff they give incorrect information why I am saying this is because my name was not there in the register on that given date and that was very confusing for me. I got angry how such behaviour could a staff do with so i kept searching my name on different date then i saw my name on the other date which was[protected]. This was so frustrating for me and this was all happened in jyoti phule bhavan in mumbai university. I was really unhappy with the service which the gave and I am still unhappy because they do it with every student. So it is my humble request to please file a complaint against Vijay patil who is a head of that department. I have also attached the fine letter photo so that you can see the wrong date which they have given. Hope to seek good facilities in university

Hello, Earlier I have told 30 working days, now it's more than 2 months, my husband visited University for same and he was told it is getting verified, every time he visits same answer provided.

Can you please confirm exact days it will take to validate as our next process is on hold due to no complete information about verification

Not yet started for TE. Officials (Teachers) saying not yet received any notice from higher authority. But on the other side most of the college started for TE & BE.
We request DMCE / MU to allow us for offline regular class.

Also do make sure students have the clear understanding about earlier Practicals, Concept.
