Mumbai University — examination form submission not working

Sir, i am trying to fill the mumbai university engineering examination form since yesterday early morning for sem-2.
But the website always shows error / hangs when i click the submit button.

We students are trying since a long time but with no success : (

Please do something, monday is the last day to submit the form!!
