Dear team,
I attempted an online transaction on 2nd of april as examination fees, however it seems the transaction failed, however amount was deducted from my bank account.
Till date the error reads the same ' your transaction already exists. If amount has been deducted from you account then you may wait for 2 working days and retry later. Click on "proceed to payment" to make another transaction.'
So neither is my exam form approved nor is the money returned
Mumbai University customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I haven't received any update from them, I've been trying to reach their Contact No. But there is no response.
Please help
