Mumbai University Idol — refund of freeship

Dear sir,
My name is dnyaneshwar kamble, i am student of idol, mumbai university of mca 2015 batch, i had taken admission on freesship basis but i paid full fees of my mca i year.
Only because of they told me, after some time your fees will be refunded to you.. But now, from last 3 years, i am regularly getting touch with "freeship & scholorship department of mumbai university idol", but they are not help me out with my problem.
I had not geted my "freeship back". And no one answering me an appropriate answer. So, i am requesting to you, please help me out with these problem
