Mumbai University — profile locked on mumbai university's "http://mumoa.digitaluniversity.ac" website

I want to take admission for post graduate diploma in enterprise resource planning in patkar college, goregaon west. So i logged in "http://mumoa.digitaluniversity.ac" website of mumbai university for online application for post graduate diploma by entering my prn (I. E. 16 digit registration number) & password. I clicked on apply online option & then clicked on admission to another program option. But then i realised that i forgot to check my profile details such as education details, annual income of guardian etc. So when i came back on dashnoard & clicked on education tab, i could not enter in education tab screen to check or edit my details. And a message came on top saying - "you have already applied for some program, thus your profile is locked. Hence forward you will not be able to modify your profile." i also tried to click on personal tab, address tab (Since my current address is different) but i could not enter into the tab & above mentioned message popped up below address bar everytime.
When i clicked on view profile option on dashboard (Where i can only view my profile details), i saw my address is not my current address. When i clicked on contact tab in view profile option on dashboard, i saw my old mobile number & email-id which i want to change. When i clicked on education tab in view profile option on dashboard, i saw there is no entry of my passing date, marks obtained, cgpa for b.com. Degree which i passed in the month of april, 2015.
Last date for online application for "p. G. D. Enterprise resource planning (Autonomous) (With credits) - regular - cbcs - f. Y. P. G. D in enterprise resource planning (Autonomous) sem i
(Faculty of science)" is 26th august, 2019. I want to apply for the said diploma with correct education, address etc. Details. To do the same, i have to edit my profile which is locked now. So, i request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible so that i can take online admission for the above mentioned post graduate diploma on or before 26th august, 2019.
