Mumbai University — The penalty a student faces for a cheating case

This is regarding the complaint with reference to the penalty related with a case of cheating in the semester paper.
In this particular scenario I was caught cheating in one of the six papers, but I am having to face a penalty where I am field and all six of the papers and also appear for them after exactly 1 year. Hence, I am having to repeat a complete year and also Facing a penalty of getting a fail in the rest of the five papers.
I am strongly standing with the point that, the better day to be faced should be only with the extent of the crime committed.
Hence, I would like to conclude that the penalty I am facing for this crime is way too harsh and I would like the consumer Court to please consider this case and help.
