I ordered two item samsung mobile with bluetooth, but phone is not in good condition & look like a old mobile phone & bluetooth not working.

I m feeling that you cheated all the people, because i m calling on company toll free no. & mobile no. When no. Is always showing busy & not picking the call.

So could you pick the order at my home and return my money rs 1059 asap.

You have don't responded to my previous mail.

We requesting you again, please arrange to send a person at my resident & pick your order & return my money as soon as possible

I want it to resolved by today itself & i want my money back as soon as possible, so take it as urgent case otherwise i have to go the consumer court if the matter is not resolved.
