Sim is not accepted by handset while i want to operate it but Sim is not installed and mobile has not started working.So the set is fully in operative condition. only power is on and off. I am very much disappointed and unsatisfied with this mobile. and want its replacement.

Beside it Bluetooth Mic is also not working properly its replacement is also needed..
