I have purchased the products (hp bag with bluetooth, fir with samsung bt and ray-ban aviator), but after delivery of products i am not satisfied with the products as delivered products are different what they shown on the site. so, now i wanted to return that and whenever i am calling to customer care then they are not receiving call. once they received call but they cut my call after listening my complaint and told me this is not return department number but they have not given me return department number even i asked for that for multiple times. they told only i don't know return department number and after that cut my call.

I have ordered one laptop bag and a chinos men (size 36) lpbag-1chinos_36. as guest login (i dnt buy through login so i dnt have any link to cancel or resend mail) munafa.co.in but unfortunately, i got a three nos. of jacket inside the courier. report the ecom courier but didnt take up to help me, ecom is the worst courier in dimapur, nagaland, in future dont send me courier through ecom or i will not accept the parcel. photos of click parcel attached below, take my case for our healthy relationship, anticipating you to earliest.

I had a very bad experience with www.Munafa.co.in
I had purchased an u.S. Polo leather jacket form it order id is-oid276355. Once you will submit an order there is no tracking, cancel, option is available. Some how i received my order but it was even not matching 50% quality as shown on website, so request for refunded immediately after receiving it .
Their refund process is very tedious, after two day i received their mail to share physical picture and order detail, i dot that but 2 day later on it i get another mail that it cant be refunded because it is shipped by their vendor not by them.
I drop a mail them thereafter but didn't get any response. Contact no. Provided on their website always found busy, by chance if it got answered they do not reply and say you to drop a mail.
This company is height o[censored]nprofessional, no tacking system, no complain system, no call centrehttp://www.munafa.co.in/.

Got mi power bank, but got duplicate bose head phones whiich is not working.
From 2 weekes i am calling them.No response from them.
Always busy tone or beep sound.
They have replied saying we can not return or exchange the item.

These guys should be punished.

Nokia mobile is neither getting charged nor getting on. Power bank is unused. On approaching, they replied "your shipment is delivered as per description, so we can not accept the return on given grounds"

I have received order delivery which are not matching with my order. Very dirty with short size and dull colour (Order id: oid262516 combo of 3 hoodies). For replacement or cash back i tried customer care but they are not receiving call and not giving reply for mail. I want my cash back. Please help me to get my cash back or replacement. The order i have got that is not useful for me.

I just ordered a cooling glass from munafa.com.but I just got a fake and entirely different product from product description mentioned in munafa.com I am deeply disappointed.they make frivolous ads and mal representation and falseful description on their site to attract the customers.I just want my money back I want to return my product immediately I just call munafa customer case infinite times but the no is always busy.so please considere my complaimt and give proper remedy for this.

(a) Mobile charger has been broken.

Order id :mun178552, i ordered 3 shirts combo, they all are too poor quality shirt and totally different product compare to original product shown in munafa.co.in, guys i think we must file a complaint against them they all are fake, we must file case in consumer court consumer protection act 1986.

I had ordered a ADDIDAS lower track pant and 3pairs of addidas socks for RS.609 as per the offer, i was cheated by semding a fake product and wrong size. It is just unacceptable, and there is no way ito get my money back. I want them sued at anycost, shame on them for sending me a cheap product instead of original.
