I had the connectivity through Facebook as your products were advertised over Facebook platform, hence I ordered for Smart watch with free earphone against Order No. MUN503649. The consignment was delivered to me against Invoice No. JWH[protected].

when the products were delivered to me I had opened it in front of the person who had come for delivery but that did not work.The delivery person expressed his inability to take back.

The despite my all efforts could not be switched on the Smart watch and the earphone is very noisy. both the articles are of Zero value, this is clear cheating with me.

I had been persistently attempting to reach your company but the telephone No given [protected] does not work, and the website also docent work the address is not provided on the Box.

My order no oid506191 i have received a damaged jacket whose zip is not there & all the bottons of the jacket is rusted, the jacket is full of rusted mark all over the body so i want to returned the jacket .I have been calling to yours customer care no continues but there is no response . They sent some inext headphones and faulty power bank.after having a conservation through email about complaint registration and all yesterday they sent an email saying ur product doesnt have any guarantee or warranty so we can't replace it.only after calling them they sent those 2 3 emails otherwise they dont bothered what their customers get this my last email to this site and them I am moving for a consumer complaint...at least they should have Courtesy to accept their mistake

I would like to return my order... as they have delivered the wrong size...

I have received a leather jacket, but the product is not up to mark, that why i want to return the leather jacket, & please refund my Rs 1059/ the price of the leather jacket. The material that I have received that is totally waste that is not even leather that made of plastic bag and the product which was shown on site that is different and the product which u send that is different so please send me my money Refund. I received the material on 12November 2016 from that time i am trying to your customer care but every time after ringing it disconnect automatically.
