Hi, I have ordered for the Broun color but received black. and size ordered small (S) but received Extra Large (XL). I am very very disappointed because I have to go my home town for attend the family function just because of the wrong product my mood get spoil I am very very disappointed. however now request you to please replace the item as per my order ASAP.

Dear Team,

I have received my handset Samsung Guru 1200 with Samsung Bluetooth along with phone charger but when i have opened the the package, i found that color of my handset is white. I had orderd the black one . I don't want this n also the charger which you have sent with handset is not working n so as Bluetooth. This is very very ambarrassing to me .How can you give this kind of service to you kind customers. Apart of it, i need an solution on this kindly replace my handset with black one & also replace the charger n Bluetooth because it is also not working. need you quick assistance .

I have purchased nokia 105 and Samsung Bluetooth from munafas its duplicate mobile and Bluetooth is not working. .fully damage i will complain in consumer forum about it..

When i open the parcel its a nokia mobile box but phone us china anf the Bluetooth i got is damaged and broken not working no sound no volume not connecting very cheap products and waste of money @ 999 and delivery charge 59 totally i paid 1059 to the courier partner delivery. ..

Reason to refund money:-
1. In catalouge product picture and deliverd product both are different.
2. One strip of bag is damaged.
3. Bluetooth charging connector not available with this product...

according to company norms money refund in 5-7 working days i place a refund request and and refund request no is 6128

and after 10 days i request another refund request on 4th oct 2016
and another request code is11033

when i call on customer care bt there are no responce from munafas

I ordered a combo pack of Samsung ph nd Samsung Bluetooth at rupees 999 .but when I open d pack of mobile it not looks like Samsung, it's copy mobile not original it's battery not working properly even phone get switch off automatically itself, no basic ring tones nd ring tones nd they don't share any refund policy with me what to do. I want to replace it, m completely not satisfied. Please my complete money has been wasted by me by shopping on munafa . Please do the needful please it would be really appreciated if my order will be replaced

Product is totally different in Colour/Design both are same, sleeves are so tight and I am completely Dissatisfied With This product and it has not a proper size which is required for me . Shirts don't have good material. So plz refund my money and plz take your product which is not useful for me. It's waste for me. So plz action on it.

I had order a sumsung guru mobile phon... They deliever a local sumsung product which is not well functioning... And there charger is also local brand.. Its have many problem...in sunsung original phon have more then 20+ langueses but it has only 2-3 langues,,, ther was a gift along with this phn... Sir, I purchased one Nokia 105 with Samsung Bluetooth rs1059.I order this items date 03 Oct 16 and I received this items on 14 Oct 16.when I received parcel then open the both items.when switch on the Nokia mobile set 105 do not switch on, then I will charge do not charging mobile chargers also unserviceable.thereafter I also checked Samsung Bluetooth do not working he is also unserviceable.
So all items are unserviceable.so please I'm not satisfied your parcel.so please I return your parcel and return my rupees and give my 1059 rupees... Thanks you sir

I have placed an order for a nokia 105 mobile phone on 03/09/2016, but i got only mobile phone without battery.So i request that company for revers pickup, but they told me we don't have any reverse pickup service in your area.so you send it to us through courier.After that i have sent that product through DTDC courier service on 16/09/2016 and send a scan copy of the courier receipt through E-mail.to [protected]@munafa.co.in.after this they stop responding.So please help me to get my refund back.
