Hello,

I received my order which is Nokia 1110 mobile with ( invoice JWH[protected] POWER BANK.

Got damaged power bank (pics attached) with broken packing (pics attached). Also its charging cable is not in working condition and looks like power bank is used one. Mobile charger is faulty. Let me know how can i return this product and tell me how can i return back my money which i spent to buy this [censored].

Also i have sent complaint mail on "munafa corporation" (Provided on web) more than 3 times but still no positive response.

it is the worst customer support i have seen in my life.

I would strongly suggest to every one DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM MUNAFA STORE (www.munafas.co.in). Otherwise you will loose money.

Updated by Ashishrav This is to inform you that, still i did not received any single call, mail, text from Munafas.co.in. Also my mobile phone (Main product) which i brought from Munafas.co.in stop working. so i lost money for nothing.

Its my humble request, take this case on priority as because lost my all money and i get nothing.
