This is Dalip Sen my order number is MUN477752 ( Power Bank) is well received as on 22 Oct.2016 but it is not working cause of its USB Port.

I trying to contact with costumer care office but they could not attend my phone and email reply.

Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.Your prompt action will be give me a pleasure. Many thanks.
