Sir/mam i have an order of samsung guru from your website.but the product is totally damaged and the charger is duplicate as weel as the battery of the product. i have drop an email as well as i am trying to contact yiour cst support but they are not responding. its my humble request to you that refund my money as soon as possible . otherwise i have to go the consumer court for this fraud online shooping.
