On[protected], I ordered a Branded Mobile With Samsung Bluetooth . I received received a parcel with order number MUN424746 on[protected]. However, the quality & product of the material is different from what I ordered. mobile not shoe network, buloothuth not work. I immediately contacted Munafa corporation through the e-mail [protected]@munafa.co.in and and got a message with reference number 12899 that my complain has been received and it's being worked on. The message came from [protected]@munafa.zendesk.com Upon googling www.munafa.co.in I saw a display saying the online store does not exist. I have not received any communication till now.
