Munafa Co-operation — Received wrong brand product and defective product | |||||
This is to inform you that i have ordered a combo product i.e. Sony headphone and MI power bank 10400 mh but the power bank is not charging, its battery is getting exhausted within 1-2 minutes even after charging the power bank for 4-5 hours moreover the headphone is not of sony brand it is of JBL and thats too of a low quality. I want my product to be returned and amount to be refunded. I have called to your customer care number n times but my response. I want this case to be deal on priority basis.
