Problem : item quality poor / as per details in order multimedia mobile not ok also samsung power bank defective found some noise found innerside also mobile charger is damage in boxe
Also this item is old battery of mobile / mobile / power bank is not new is a used to some one

So i have refund my money

This product complaint to 12.08.2016 but still date 20.08.2016 no any customer phonecall/ no any company message / no any mail send by company 8 days passing but no any solution or no any support to company why this happened ?

What is company doing ?
