I want to return the product that i ordered 3 days ago it consistt of a power bank and a headphone but the power bank is not working and headphones are of poor quality but there is no return option.

Order Number MUN131275, I have received this product on 28/07/2016, as soon as I received this product, I found mobile is not getting on, charger is not working, immediately I called Customer Care, they told they will replace or return my amount. But the send a e mail saying that it was deliver form our vendor so they are not responsible.
