This is Sulekha from C-2168A, Sushant lok 1, main sewerage line is blocked from 15 days I tried to contact with local a authorities they demands 8000/- but this work belongs to MCG not only I got problems from. Many neighbour's are also distributed

This is to inform you that I am a resident of street no. 4, Krishna colony, Gurugram, Haryana. The waste pick up van has not come since 1 week and the waste is getting piled up day by day. The another van which is assigned for another street refuses to take waste from our street.
I hope you deal with this issue at the earliest.

Hi,

A sewage pit whole on the road at G-2092, Sector-57, near MKM martket Gurgaon is blocked and is overflowing for the past 30 days.

It is not only producing foul smell, making it difficult to stay in the housed around but is also posing a big health hazard, giving invitation to many diseases.

Despite several telephonic complaints to the nabour and the local Counselor, no action has been taken so far. But, nothing happened. Whereas the fact is that NOBODY ever came to attend the complaint.

Concerned authorities are requested to take necessary action urgently

Form last 2 months electric wire work is going on due to that digging work has been done from labours, there are so many pits are opened after that, due to that there is risk of life. So many persons had fallen in that few bikes scooter also.

Requesting you to please take care of it as soon as possible.

It is with great regret that we have to inform that very dirty, smelly and contaminated water has been distributed since 7 days as well in the area of C-1168 to 1305 of Sushant Lok 1 Gurugram. The water tank of the house is giving a foul smell to the gutters.
You are requested to solve this problem at the earliest otherwise it'll be harmful in health issue.

I am resident of EWS quarters at Block G, Sushant Lok-2, Sector 57, Gurugram 122011. The sever in our area most of the time overflown and the sever water is flowing on the road. Movement on the road becomes difficult and roads are also turned in bad condition. All the time sever water is flowing on the roads. Mosquitos are breeding on the sever water. Bad smell of sever water is fumed every where.

Request you to please have the blocked sever cleaned and help us in living in clean and clear atmosphere.

My name is S Ramasubramanian. I was a resident of C 196, First Floor, C Block, Sushant Lok Phase 1, Gurgaon.
My consumer No. is[protected]
The subject bill dated 22.05.2021 was issued for a total of Rs. 8430 with a due date for payment as 31.07.2021.
I paid the full amount and accordingly you issued a receipt dated 29.07.2021 for the full amount of Rs. 8430.
However, later on, the entire billing was reviewed and my above invoice was revised in August 2021 from Rs. 8430 to Rs. 6420 with the revised due date of 16.08.2021.
Since I had already paid the full amount of Rs. 8430 before the original due date itself, a sum of Rs. 2010 excess paid needs to be refunded to me.
However, I have not received any refund of the amount paid in excess (Rs. 2010) by me.
Kindly arrange to refund the amount to me at the earliest. On your confirmation I shall provide you my bank account details to enable you to transfer the sum of Rs. 2010.

In case, you have already refunded or adjusted the above amount in any way, kindly send me the details with copies of documents to enable me to reconcile my personal account accordingly.

To many dogs on street

Dear Team,
The Garbage Collection Team is not picking garbage from my area since 3rd October after collecting monthly fees from each houses. Even in September month they were not regular and many a times the stray dogs throw the garbage on road which become very unhygienic. This is happening after a recent change in staff of garbage collection team. Please look into this matter and take urgent action.

I have sent a request on dated 20.9.22 to update my mobile no in property tax site.Morethan 20 days has passed but no action has been taken by the deptt.I want to clear the property taxdues.Please look intothe matter.

शॉप नंबर 106 huda market sector 46 (shop name TIWARY TOYS) वाले हर रोज अपने दुकान के सामने आधे रोड को पकड़कर अपना सामान बेचते हैं पूरा अवैध रूप से कब्जा किए हुए हैं।
यहां पर पुलिस वगैरह भी देखते हैं कुछ नहीं बोलते हैं मजबूरी में हम लोगों को कंप्लेंट डालना पड़ रहा है क्योंकि हम लोगों को बहुत दिक्कत हो रहा है इसकी वजह से मार्केट में पूरा ट्रैफिक जाम फंसा रहता है दुर्घटना भी होती है। कृपया इसके अगेंस्ट कार्रवाई करें धन्यवाद ।

This complaint is regarding the waste management. It has been 3 days that the waste is not collected in our area piles of garbage is increasing everyday. Kindly provide immediate solution for the problem.

Lot of water in house due to nali blocked. Urgent help required

It has been some time since MCG took over Ardee City, but there has been no improvement in Roads, Drainage Systems & Parks. This shows their utter negligence. They Should take SOME ACTIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
