Address: Rajendra park , D block , in front of Kotail show room road( Near Dwarka Expressway)

This is to inform you that sewerage cleaners had broken the bricks road in our colony. And sewerage has been kept open. The road was newly made by the govt but it has not been taken care during maintenance. Request you to re assemble the road asap because rainy season is about to start.

Till problem is not resolved. About 2-3 bike riders fall down due to off water over flow on road and main holes are not seen that time . It is a measure issue.
Solve this on priority otherwise there may be a big accident

Dear sir
It’s about 40days of this complaint and still this is not resolved. As we know this is rainy season and rain water is full in this street and this main hole is open so chances of a big accident. So we request you to close this abnormalities on the priority

Dear Sir,

I am from Plot no.42, Sector-18, Gurugram, HR-122015.
this is to inform you that RCC Road was made in Front of our Factory, old Debris is still lying at our gate since Nov 2020. we complaint on the MCG web portal on 11.02.2021 but still not action. we reminded again but not action.
now the department has broken the existing connection RCC road from both End and have no space for moving vehicles. which is creating huge problem for daily activity( photo attached ).
they should think before braking road that at least one side is open. today both ends are blocked and people are suffering a lot. all the time there is heavy traffic.

therefore you are requested to intervene in this matter to resolve it asap.

Owing to heavy rain on 19 july 2021, a sewer line passing in front of my house no. 893, sector 15 part 2 Gurgaon had been broken yesterday due to which our basement is filled with water. So it should be repaired at the earliest possible and our basement be emptied on priority basis.

The present bill shows the Old Reading Zero and Current Reading Zero. Please note the current reading is 3074. I m a permanent residence of Village Dharampur, Sec-107, Gurugram, Haryana. Here I want to tell MCG that there is a illegal encroachment by M3m Woodshire Soceity on public road which goes between this soceity, This road was under panchayat earlier. But as Dharampur Village is declared under MCG, I am here want to take action by MCG on the sight, there should not be gates on the both side of the road. Here I am appealing to the MCG to take strong action against the matter.

Every year due to the rainfall near the above mentioned house, water logging exists. No arrangement has been made by the authority for drainage of this water. & Many vehicles has benn drowned or out of order. We r unable to take the food articles of daily requirement like milk, tea, bread etc . It has become very difficult to live in such a terrible circumstances which can cause any mishappening or loss. Dear Sir

I am sorry to report that the drainage system in our locality leaves much to be desired. The present drainage system is so defective that a good shower would create the whole area into a collection of small lakes and pools. The clogging of rain-water in some of these parts of the village becomes as deep as three feet. Consequently the whole traffic is dislocated and life comes to a grinding halt during rains.
Really it is shocking that the town council authorities have not taken any steps for improving the system so far. Many a time this problem has been brought to the notice of the concerned authorities through the press and other means but nothing has been done. May we hope now that you would immediately look into this matter and take urgent steps to avoid such public nuisance?
