Street light is not working from past 1 week. Tried toll free number multiple times, no one responded..

Respected Sir,

I am the owner of a property in Gurgaon, the address for which is as follows -
F16 - 1601.
Tower E
The Palm drive,
Golf course Extn Road,
Sec - 66
Gurugram

Allow me to explain my problem through a sequence of events-

1. I received possession of the property at the end of year 2015.

2. In the year 2017, I received my first property tax bill for said property which included arrears of previous years.

3. To pay my dues, in the year 2017 I asked the Emaar palm drive management for the unique property id of my property which they have in their records. (Kindly refer to Attachment1)

4. Since then I have been dutifully clearing my dues every year using the property id given by the management, the property id being -
323C37U61P166

(Kindly refer to -
Attachment2 for receipt of year 2018
Attachment3 for receipt of year 2019
and Attachment4 for receipt of 2020)

5. But a week back I have received a hard copy of a bill for my property stating that I have pending dues, but the bill is in the name of my property BUT with a property id which is
323C37U61PE1601
which is DIFFERENT from the one I am aware of.
(Kindly refer to Attachment5)

Sir, I have cleared all my dues for said property and was not aware of the existence of a second property id for the above mentioned property until a few days back.

I would be much obliged sir, if you could take kind cognizance of my problem at your earliest convenience, as otherwise I would be liable to pay the interest, if this problem of 2 ids for the same property of mine is not resolved.

My current bill no. 121317 generated today on 6 May 2021 shows the period of the bill as 01 Feb to 31 Mar 2021 ; whereas the consumption is for the period 01 Feb to 6 May 2021. The bill is inflated because the billing is done as per slabs of consumption per month. Please correct the bill.

Complete sewage blocked. Refer complain dated 3, 11, 13, 19, 23 and 26 April 21, 01 May 21. Complete sewage blocked. I am complaining since 01 month. No response from MCG. Complete water overflowing on the road. Where to complain now ? Please do the needful.

I stay in Shiv Nagar, Gurgaon.
I have been asking my neighbour to repair sewage system of his rented house for past 8 months but I have not received a positive response.
Due to leakage/damaged sewage system faecal waste is littered on road and water is logged in front of my house.

As he is not trying to look into the issue. Request you to take legal actions.

I Geeta Gupta want to request to once again make the correction in our Property Tax ID 10C717U208.As we had earlier also inform you that our Covered area of GF is 750 Sq Ft, 1St Floor and 2nd Floor Covered area is 1008 Sq Ft each but you had mentioned GF is 1108 Sq Ft, 1St Floor and 2nd Floor Covered area is 1108 Sq Ft each.
We had earlier also send you request letter after which your kind office had assure us that amendment will be done in computer system and next property tax invoice will be made after deduction of extra payment.But till now no action had been taken.
Therefore you are requested to change accordingly or you may send your officer to take area measure himself/herself.
We are one of the good pay master and paid property tax always on time therefore pleases do the need full on priority and send your new payment notice with excess payment adjustment so that we pay future tax in time.

None of the streetlights are functioning in our lane causing lot of inconvenience and dangerous situations in this difficult times

Hello there, i want to complain about dumping of sewage waste in open by some local residents here, using sewage tanker. It's beside our farm and causing so much problem for us to work it out here. Exact location of this wrong doing is( 28.4103539, 77.1234709 )these grids. They come here daily in the morning between 6:30 am and, 7:00 am.

This is inform you that the main line is chocked more than 15 days 602, SECTOR 17A Housing Board COLONY GURUGRAM.
Complaint to staff they told that it will not opened whole line chocked. It will be opened by machine. I contacted to JE he rold will send the machine but all in vain. My spouse is cancer patient where highly hygiene is required. Plz arrange the get line cleaned today i shall be thankful to you

Dear sir.

I want to complaint regarding lot of dumps beside my house and locage of water. In few days rain will come and the situation will form flood in the village. The civil administration is no where in function. Kindly look into the matter and sort it out immediately.

Due to serious pandemic, it is requested that our areas should be immediately sanitized so that it doesn't spread so fast. It is already creating a havoc & allnumbers & persons are of no help. Please reply favorably otherwise I will have to take up this with Mr Vinay Ptayap Singh, Dy. COMMISSIONER & others.

Despite repeated requests to Mr Naresh who looks after DLF Phase 2 gurugram, Maintainence, he has taken no action for the same.
There is blockage of sewage/rain water harvesting tank overflowing with lot of stinking water and MOSQUITOES breeding in the premises.

Street light is not working approx 10 days

I am staying at Sector -52 Housing Board Colony for past 2 Years, and now we are observing large number street dogs roaming around and it is now difficult to step out of the house and walk around. they also run around inside the public park and the situation really gets uncomfortable to deal with as they bark and snore on the people who are visiting the park for some peace and a some walk. The dogs are getting aggressive by the day and attacking the passers by. Apparently, there have been no cases of dog bite yet, but the situation is extremely threatening when alone. Kindly look into the matter and relocate the dogs.

We are facing a very infestation of mosquitos in our area . Its soo unbearable we cant even sleep at home as well . Thus our area needs fogging so that mosquito infestation can be controlled. Please take action as soon as possible.

Sir/Madam,
This complaint is to bring your kind attention towards an issue that we have been facing from a long time now.
There is an old tree in front of our residence and it has heavily overgrown and its branches are continuously falling over the electricity power lines passing above our residence. Owing to this, we are fearing that these power grid lines would fall into our residence and cause a possible accident. Apart from this, the tree's branches have continued to produce big cracks with cracking sounds whenever winds blow at high speed.
This is a constant threat which needs to be resolved. I would request you to kindly attend to the problem and trim the tree at the earliest.

The passage roads of surat nagar phase l are always occupied by Pvt vehicles and chubetras resulting the innocent citizens of colonies suffered badly. The old peoples are suffering. Kindly take action .The civil janhit yachika may also be filed in future.
