Municipal Corporation Gurugram [MCG] Complaints & Reviews

Due to serious pandemic, it is requested that our areas should be immediately sanitized so that it doesn't spread so fast. It is already creating a havoc & allnumbers & persons are of no help. Please reply favorably otherwise I will have to take up this with Mr Vinay Ptayap Singh, Dy. COMMISSIONER & others.

Despite repeated requests to Mr Naresh who looks after DLF Phase 2 gurugram, Maintainence, he has taken no action for the same.
There is blockage of sewage/rain water harvesting tank overflowing with lot of stinking water and MOSQUITOES breeding in the premises.

Kindly see into the matter

I am staying at Sector -52 Housing Board Colony for past 2 Years, and now we are observing large number street dogs roaming around and it is now difficult to step out of the house and walk around. they also run around inside the public park and the situation really gets uncomfortable to deal with as they bark and snore on the people who are visiting the park for some peace and a some walk. The dogs are getting aggressive by the day and attacking the passers by. Apparently, there have been no cases of dog bite yet, but the situation is extremely threatening when alone. Kindly look into the matter and relocate the dogs.

We are facing a very infestation of mosquitos in our area . Its soo unbearable we cant even sleep at home as well . Thus our area needs fogging so that mosquito infestation can be controlled. Please take action as soon as possible.

This complaint is to bring your kind attention towards an issue that we have been facing from a long time now.
There is an old tree in front of our residence and it has heavily overgrown and its branches are continuously falling over the electricity power lines passing above our residence. Owing to this, we are fearing that these power grid lines would fall into our residence and cause a possible accident. Apart...

The passage roads of surat nagar phase l are always occupied by Pvt vehicles and chubetras resulting the innocent citizens of colonies suffered badly. The old peoples are suffering. Kindly take action .The civil janhit yachika may also be filed in future.

Seawer main line were chok. Please take notice at it. It is not a good condition for living.

Grievances number 469714, Neither attended nor anything has been done. It is simply closed. Kindly attend and do the needful for complete sewage blockage in the colony. Dada Avenue near jain Bagichi, pillar number 97, Badshahpur ward-25.

In consultation and by approval of the RWA of B-Block, a shop has been erected in the park of B block at the entrance. The shop is not required there at all as there is a full fledged market right outside the block. The shop has started to become a nuisance as the park is occupied and the shop has extended it's promotional racks, vegetable racks and stock outside in the open. The park is no more a park but a market place.

It is with great distress, I raise this complaint after exhausting all options i.e. personally speaking with Amit, Supervisor, RWA president, Ashok who accompanies with sweepers but of no avail. As a Senior citizen, I have been requesting that atleast sweeping of Road opp Amity Global school lane towards shiv mandir should be done twice a week as lot of vehicular traffic moves whole day and thereby causing dust pollution in everyone house but after complaint once and twice it happens but thereafter no sweeping takes place for days, have we spent our hard earned money to construct our houses to face this, moreover since there are no speed breakers, the roads have become formula race ground resulting into more dust pollution due to speed of the vehicles, secondly one will have to see to believe it as to how many pot holes are there on this 18 MTR road for which we are suffering, thirdly see the rampant encroachment in the sector 46 market, people have openly encroached Govt space/ parking space it is just like fish market, who is responsible for this? Kindly for God sake take immediate and appropriate action so that we live peacefully and need not bother by writing these complaints. Look forward for early redressal of the above. Thanks.
