Hi, I m a resident of New Palam Vihar Gurgram. I want to put into ur notice that the Bajghera under pass road which is recently inaugurated by the minister is in pathetic condition. The concrete road for damaged and rods are visible now. Also the mud is piling up and lot of dust around the road. No body is caring. It is surprising to the kind of work done by vendor. The quality of material, dust level, surrounding walls got so dirty. This kind of expectation we do have from the government. Earlier also I logged the complaint but without my consent it is closed. I am also escalating this to CM window for reference.

Gali no has been mentioned wrong in house tax bill. Correct gali no is 10 instead of 29. Earlier address was correct. Mistakes occured sometime later.

As you know that approximatly 500000 family living in Gurugram in rented house.

All are paying rent on time. But The owner/Landlord not issueing

Rent Agreement
PAN number

to rent payer.

Most of rent payer working in companies. Company requirement Rent agreemnt and PAN details for Income Tax Return concession.

So You are requested that all Property, Room, Flat, Villa will be rented after documentary processed. Without documents agreement and rent slip no Room, Villa, House, Flat prohibiting for rent purpose or Rent income.

The house owner will not deny to issue Rent agreement and Rent Slip.

I suggested to you that all House for rent should be register on a MCG Portal, Agreement should be generated online . All house holds fill their details online. when they provide room on rent during years . The income tax should be gather from them.

Garbage collection has not happened for 4 days from Palam Vihar H block Opposite Choma Village . The situation is Very Unhygienic and Mosquito are breeding. Complaint number of the Garbage Collection agency is always switched off ... PLEASE ENSURE GARBAGE IS COLLECTED TODAY .

Main Sewer in front of 1219-A is blocked.

Builder is using drinking water for construction, wall curing and various other purposes in following address . C174, South City2, Gurgram.. pl take necessary action

Frequently, the air in H block, Palam Vihar area adjacent to Choma village gets polluted because of plastic and tyre burning. At times it becomes difficult to breathe. I think it's the security guards of the Maruti service station who are responsible for that.

Someone from mcg worker throwing a garbage near the park gate almost everyday. His name was kamechand and he also threaten us and also saying Whomever you wish to complaint nothing will happen.
So it is a humble request to you take a strict action against him . And collect the garbage from there as soon as possible .

It’s a humble request to you that their is a ground near our place where Children comes and place n it’s beside sheetla mata mandir, however here people are opening their sevage pipes and they are throwing dirt all over which his harmful for a serious disease. Please come and check it ASAP cause their is a very dirty smell which comes all over .

For so many days in front of our house the street light is off

I am vijay resident of village-basai but my shop is in 10a, Gurgaon. My shop located near Lion public school(sector 10A). Just is corner, shop name Mr.super dry cleaner. From more than one week there is one street light in front of my shop which is not working. i dont know what happened suddenly. before one week light working very well.

plz take action regarding this problem.

I would like to complain that the lane outside my house has not been cleaned for 3 weeks now ..all the litter on the road and nobody coming to pick it up .the lane outside house no B-462 sushant lok 1 on DPS school gate no 1 lane ..pls get it cleaned immediately.

My name is Akash resident of house no - 2229, Sector 46, gurgaon.

Though these are street dogs being having stay into promises Kratos Unisex Spa n Saloon, However are left free & it overcharges ppl crossing the road for daily needs.

Kindly remove the dog as it tries to get charges badely. Already happened 3-4 times with me and kids along with me.

But these Kratos SPA owners either need to own them fully i.e. do not let it loose or these need to be removed from the locality.

We are facing lots of problems from street dogs which are very dangerous, and are getting aggresive day by day towards residents specially towards childrens.

Kindly help.

Truck always stucks. And we have to take out our things on main road

यह व्यक्ति सदगुरु ए नोबल कॉलोनी निवासियों को गलत काम करने का रास्ता बताता है। कृपया करके इस व्यक्ति की गलत बातों से एमसीजी स्टाफ जे ई व एस डी ओ के ऊपर जो गलत शिकायत लगाई गई है वह सरासर निंदनीय है । एसडीओ सिंह व जे ई समझदार व ईमानदार है । इन्होंने समुचित कारवाही डेमोलिशन व तत पश्चात सीलिंग की है । कृपया कॉलोनी निवासियों व सम्मानित वोटर नागरिकों को अन्यथा परेशान ना करे।
मालूम हुआ है कि इस संदीप नामक व्यक्ति द्वारा कई निवासियों से कारवाही व शिकायत रोकने पर गलत मांग को बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है ।
इस से कॉलोनी निवासियो में भय व भारी नाराजगी व्याप्त है । इसकी अफवाहों पर ध्यान न देते हुए एमसीजी स्टाफ अपना काम ढंग से करते रहे।
इस व्यक्ति के खिलाफ कॉलोनी में काफी रोष व्याप्त है जिस से सम्मानित टैक्स पेअर परेशान होकर कोई कारवाही न करे व आपसी रिश्ते सौहार्दपूर्ण रहे।

The stray dogs in the area near punjabi rasoi, shivaji nagar, sector 11, gurugram has been a great headache these days. They have started biting general people on walk and people travelling on 2 wheelers. There have been a total of 5-6 stray dogs who have become a daily problem for all the residents near this area.
Sir it’s a kind request to resolve the matter and get us rid of these all and would appreciate your quick efforts towards this.

This is to inform you that boundary of Janam Din Uddyan Park at Sector 23A is in very pathetic condition. Boundary and its entry gates have broken. Cattles move there freely and harm to growing plants/trees etc. Bicycles and Motorcycle move because of the above said complaint. Gardner and Cleaner are not working there. Gardner stay only in pump house and use water freely for himself and for his family only. You are requested kindly look into the matter so that our park could be saved from cattles, bicycles and motorcycles.

Sunil (suny) s/o lekhme chand is doing illegal construction from very long time . I have given complaint many time and covered the road area . Please take immediate demolition action on this property.
