Respected madam/sir
I live in h. No.32, gali no.-5, of ambedkar nagar, sector-9, gurugram. The garbage collection is not happening on regular basis. The garbage collecting van is not coming from 3 days. Every weak it happens that the van does not come for 3-4 days then comes on a single day then again for 3 days it does not come. This problem is increasing day by day, everyone in the street is worried about this problem. Please take the required action against this problem.

Hi Sir,

we are continuously facing a water problem in supply water as some sewer water smelling in coming in the supply water. However this water is also being used for drinking which is very harmful for our health. Hence request you to kindly take the action so that we can use the good water and save our health.

Hi,
I live in sector 56, b block, near amazon public school gurgaon, the person who comes to pick up garbage not picking up the garbage from my house since 2 weeks and i dont know the reason, earlier also he did the same thing and said the garbage stinks.. This is garbage obviously it will stink if you will not pick up timely.. He is doing his own monopoly its corona time and this type of irresponsible behaviour and monopoly is not done

I am resident of 3211 sector 23 and are senior citizen need urgent attention for the following points: 1. The sewer line is logged and the water has started coming in the house 2. My adjacent plot 3210 is being constructed and they have blocked the rain water flowing drain with the result the water is not flowing but is logged on the road and has started coming in the house through pipes. Please do the needful at the earliest.

Shakti park gali 2 khandsa road gurgaon water blocked on road

I residence of 5174, street no.13, Surat Nagar phase-1, Gurgaon. My neighbour has dairy Farmer. He intentionally occupied street road by parking dung trolly, Buffalo calf, large size wood, chullah and other items.

My daughter is handicapped. I booked the four wheeler to carry her for treatment of Diesease to PGIMS-Rohtak hospital. But four wheeler can not entered the street due to enchroachment.

The all houses owner have extended their house's ramps additionally. The actual road width is about 12 feet, but it's now only about 8 feet and below. None of the four wheeler and other three wheeler can enter also emergency vehicles like ambulance and fire service can not come because of enchroach.

So I kindly request you to take a necessary step and get the street enchroach free. So that we can use street properly again.

Madam/sir this is in reference to a street dog who is pitbull. A very aggressive dog and is always looking to bite my pet who stays inside house. He always comes and try to bite him when my pet sits behind the gate. Moreover always fighting with other street dogs and is fearless even i try to make him escape. This is really a serious matter because he is not a normal breed instead he is a dangerous one pitbull (Brown colour). He is there from more than 2-3 months in shanti nagar street no.-3 near hdfc atm gurgaon. Please take action as soon as possible.

Dear sir,
We are the resident of d block sushant lok 3 gurgaon haryana. Sir we are facing the trouble from the sewer water which has spread in front of our houses all the time 24/7, 365 in a year. We have requested to ansal's maintenance office (Rigoss) so many times but they are not really concern and not taking any interest. You can also try on their land line customer care number i. E.[protected]. Normally phone is ringing and no one will attend the calls, if they attend then no one will come to handle the situation. I have complaint to their senior officer mr ajay pandit. Last month i have sent few pictures to him then he said i can look the pictures and think also but he did not take action. Sir as it is there is out break of dengue, so this will create a great menace for all the residents. Sir please have a look into this matter and try to resolve asap this will be great help for us.

Dear sir/madam,
I am writing to complaint about the monkey menace in our lane.
Monkeys have created a huge problem for the residents in vipul world, sector 48. At my house, the monkey is destroying tank caps, pollutes the water, breaks the plants, and jumps on us. We are living in fear for our babies as the monkeys enters our houses if left open.
They did bit our maids and continuously pollutes the water storage.
Requesting your help in stopping this menace and we are hopeful to get your support in living a peaceful life.

This is regarding stray dog menace in sector 83 k block, street k.7 gurgaon.. The dogs are getting aggressive by the day and attacking the passers by. Apparently, i see two three times they try to bite passers even one day dogs bite a little daughter of labour., but the situation is extremely threatening when alone. Kindly look into the matter and relocate the dogs. So many times i try to complaint in vatika. They said complaint in municipal corporation gurgaon.

Dear sir,

The manhole sewer located just opposite the main gate of house no. 1435, sector-46, gurgaon, haryana of mr. Nawal kishore gupta, is continuously leaking and very frequently overflowing with sewer water. It is creating unhealthy smell and unhygienic conditions on the road opposite of which there is an idiscovery pre-school of small children. Whenever it overflows, it becomes extremely difficult for the residents of the above house to come out of the house. The vehicles plying on the road run thru this overflowing sewer water and creat havoc with sewer water sprinkled alll around. It is apprehended that any school child may slip down on the road and any epidemic may start spreading soon if its continuous leaking and frequent overflowing
Is not controlled. Two complaints already made online during last one year, have not fructified as yet. Since the problem is recurring every fifteen days, it is requested to please shift the sewer manhole to some other location to find a permanent solution to the above problem so that the residents and the school children can lead a healthy life. An early actiion is requested in the matter otherwise it may escalate the situation and residents falling sick with malaria, dengue fever, chikungunya and other diseases. The municipal authorities are requested to take prompt and immediate action to arrest the falling grave situation in unhygienic surroundings.

I m a resident of saraswati vihar, housing board colony gurugram and want to complain about the growing menace of monkeys in the locality, with over 8-10 of them, it is almost impossible to step out of the house. There have been many instances that they destroy our clothes, plants, pipes, cable wires and constantly disturb us any day time... As days are passing, they are rising at large. You are requested to kindly do the needful asap as it is really dangerous situation for all o[censored]s. Because of these monkeys any accident can also happen

Sir we resident of sector 46 struggling since many days from electricity issue and now this water issue also cropped up hope u understand in covid how difficult it is a d unsafe to order water tank i doubt this is issue

Please look into this urgently!!!

Main road of sector 81 is so bad, there is too much of pot - holes. Even patch work done before 3 months was not cerried in proper manner. We thought we are paying taxes/ road taxes so that government should give us these basic amenities, but regret to say that we are struggling to get them.
