This is to bring to your attention that Stray Dogs are creating a menace at Sushant lok Phase 1, Block C2, behind Vyapar Kendra. There are a group of around 15+ dogs here that are extremely territorial and growl at us. I come home late night and I fear they might attack me. Honestly if attacked by 15 dogs any human would stand no chance. They even try to attack the Sweeper who work in the morning. Last night they attacked my Pug and missed a centimetre from the spine. The doctor said had it been to the spine the pup would have stood no chance. I beg you to please take this situation seriously and do something about the situation before it gets worse. I wish I could take pictures but they start growling so i better not.

I m resident of sector 45 and I want to get my stray dogs neuter so that their dog polulation in this area will remain under control. I called up frandicose for the same and I got an answer that because to their pending dues with your corporation they have stopped this service. Request you to resolve this issue so that neutering can be done for better lives in this area.

Due to running of animal dairy in residential area

Respected sir,

With due respect i beg to state the following few lines for your favourable and sympathetically consideration please.

2. i have lodged so many written complaints i. e. no.64 dated 18/8/2012, 5388 dated 12/8/2013, 5690 & 5691 dated 4/9/2013, 4358 dated 30/12/2014 and email to all concerned every month and personally meet with senior officers of nagar nigam, gurgaon and also briefed & shown photos/mail of the dairy/road condition and various problems being faced by our families due to running of animal dairy in front of government approved our residential houses. despite of our repeated requests since year 2012 as well as telephonic complaints, neither any action has been taken till date nor any intimation given to me.

3. i once again brought to your kind notice that i am living in hira nagar, gurgaon. an animal dairies are run illegally in government approved residential houses. large number animals in dairy and in proper management by dairy owners are causing health hazard and lead to the spread of infectious diseases. the full smell of dumping waste, vermin, flies, bee and mosquitoes, rates and lizard etc. comes due to animals are seriously causing health hazard. out mostly family members are ill due to various infectious diseases and dengue and chikungunya due to heavy attack of dangerous mosquitoes. during raining session as well as bathing of animals by dairy owner, all dumping waste comes and lying on the road as well as in front of main gates. severs are also jammed due to waste and vermin’s and smell comes in our houses thorough air and sever lines. due to above reasons, we are also not in a position to invite our relatives/guests and friends to enjoy with us due to above seriously health hazard. the entire resident in the locality are facing problems and when told to owner to close/shift the dairy, they didn’t paid heed and warned to face the situation in near futures.
4. therefore, it is once again requested that concerned may be directed to take action against dairy owner and direct him to close or shift the dairy in some other un-residential areas. your kind and prompt action will be providing great respite to residents of the locality please.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

This is regarding street dog menace in Sector 23, Near Shakti Mandir.

I recently narrowly escaped an attack by a pack of street dogs near Shakti Mandir Sector 23.The dogs are getting aggressive by the day and attacking the passers by. Apparently, there have been no cases of dog bite yet, but the situation is extremely threatening when alone specially in night. Kindly look into the matter and relocate the dogs.

I, Naveen Kumar who have submitted my daughter baby girl birth name add application 3-4 months before, we made multi visit to the department, now finally we came to know that our file has been misplaced and not traceable, they informed to re process with making of aadhar card, we applied for aadhar card in the same organisation, now in last 10-15 days we have already visited about 5-6 times, some times unavailability of the person, system and server down, our application is still pending.
No one is ready to listen anything, they always make excuse and send one to other and finally we have to return back at our home after spending whole day without getting any output from the department.
I filed a grievance for the same but no response till date.
I tried multi times to meet commissioner regarding this but due to absence or sometimes in meeting i could meet.
And situation is that we have suffered a lot financially as well as time to take leave from my work.

Hi Sir,

I Live in Sector 14 gurgaon and i am really happy about the construction being initiated in order to make gurgaon traffic free.

i have one complaint which has created chaos nearby and has made our life difficult.

The road at Maharan Pratap chowk going towards bus stand is fully damaged as some pipeline got burst and post it repair the road has not been repaired and hence big potholes and water in that is creating chaos.

Since everyone is trying to avoid the big potholes and going on one side and on that side big iron rods are being kept as construction is in process.

Due to this the traffic has become nightmare and this could lead to some major accident.

Please look into this urgently and get the road repaired as already due to construction traffic is suffering and this road repair can atleast make the traffic somewhat smooth and people will face less problem.

Appreciate your understanding and hope for quick action.

I am resident of Sector 43, house no. 266. There is no sewage connectivity and the sewage pit in front of my house over flows every time in front of my house resulting health hazard. This colony was developed during the year 2003 and since then the government authorities did not get time to make a proper sewage disposal system for this one of the best sectors in Gurgaon. Your repeated calls to the concerned departments does not have any positive effect and they have some excuse or the other to tell you all the time.
Could somebody at a senior level please look into this serious problems of the residents and take a positive step to resolve this issue once for all.

Dear sir,
I am working in unitech sez (Unitech infotech sector -21 near hanuman chauk) the road condition around the sez is very poor even i commute from dwarka new delhi. Behind the sez when we enter from the village area road all around the sector -21 is has heavy path-holes (If you go probably there is road missing on some stretches) please take care of behind and front both. Probably now 6 months passed no body is taking notice of it.

Stray Dogs in sector 48
Dear sir

We are having a lot of problems due to Stray Dogs in sector 48 behind Vipul Greens Society.
Yesterday they had bitten a small kid at bus stop and our car cleaner.
They also make lot of noise each night from 10.pm.

There must be a pack of 10-15 stray dogs around if not more.

Please take care of situation

In last one month, we had 5-10 complaint of people and children attacked by stray dogs. I live in Sector 17A, gurgaon, we have lot of many stray dogs romaing in the area. All people passing from our area move with fear of getting attack by the dog.
Please take some action to remove this dog from the area and make our area and children secure.

Please take some strict actions.

I live in madanpuri street no 1 gurgaon, there are many street dogs in our colony lane that not only make unwanted sounds and howls but also terrorise people to a great extent... it not only scares people but also poses a huge health risk for many of the residents who can get bit and eventually infected with these unmedicated street dogs. So at last i would like the concerned designatory to take appropriate and immediate action to get rid of this street dog menace.

Sewer line laid by MCG in 2014-15 on the outer periphery of Choma Village opposite H -Block Palam Vihar (Bijwasan Road ) has been fully choked and the sewer at different holes is overflowing on the main road near Saini Market up to Shiv Murti. Number of complaints have been done but all in vain. It is difficult to breathe due to bad smell. Also half of road is covered by sewer water . This drama is running from one week. Whether MCG is waiting for Mahamari and death of innocent residents. It is requested to clear the sewer line at the top priority. If is not cleared in two days, case shall be filed with NGT along with video and photo of the site. Hoping for immediate suitable action to clear the site.

Since last 14-15 days sewage near plot no.286/15 Jacobpura near kulwant studio sadar baazar Gurgaon - 122001 is overflowing because of deadly diseases like Chikungunya, Dengue caused to people. Also, near that overflow people are unable to breathe because of bad smell. We have already complained for it but no one turn up to clear it from MCG. LOOK into it and get it cleared asap as we all are paying TAX to govt. and we are not getting any quick response in this worst condition. Daily life has been messed up already due to this overflow...

They have not passed the house map by Mcg . They have taken 3 ft extra road space in their property to construct . And they don't have any map or property papers . I live in M-8, DLF Phase 2, Gurgaon, There are close to 10-15 stray dogs in the vicinity who are very dangerous. They have not only bitten people, but they also howl very badly at the top of their voices throughout the night.They also make walking in the neighbourhood very unsafe in the dark.

All this is very disconcerting for the neighbourhood. Please extend help as soon as possible

There is a old pure black coloured stray dog, which has a injury on its back and it is pro-fusing very badly from its back.
The animal is in irritating and painful state and tries to enter the houses in the street consisting of house nos. 624 to 634 and house nos. 658 to 667.

We request you to please take the dog to a shelter/vet and tend to him. We fear the injury might cause infection to the animal and others around him.

And facing stray dog's problem every morning here. as you also know it should not be neglected (the stray dog problem) because it can have serious consequences which unfortunately i have to face every, yes its every single morning.
Either these dogs will bite someone or they will injure in some other way, its for sure... being a girl my patents are very concerned about me, but they cannot go along me everywhere every time, being a member of this society i am hoping i will be heard as soon as possible. because it may be tomorrow they bite me up, and its actually not about me only every single people crossing the way out from my street is facing the same problem my mumma has to face the same problem my brother also... its just about you people now yo prove how efficient you are in doing your work i did the work on my side took every possible step to avoid stray dog problem... keeping my eye on you people for help now...

Sub: complaint for garbage dumping on the road at outside the block s-48, dlf enclave, phase-3, gurgaon

Sir,

I am a resident of s-48, plot no-1in dlf phase-3 and regret to bring it to your notice that few of residents, particularly guest houses at s-48, dlf-phase-3 gurgaon throw their daily garabage on the public road in the open outside the park left side to plot-no.-1, s-48 block dlf phase-3, gurgaon. This is a creating a big heap, which generates filty smell, bad odour, mosquitoes throughout the day in the entire area. Few snaps of the are enclosed. This has following effects :-

1. The entire area is prone to various diseases which may cause outbreak of epidemics and deadly diseases.
2. The scattered garbage causes inconvenience to the vehicle movement & pedestrian movement of the road, which may result in fatal accidents.
3. This dump of garbage result in incoming of no. Of animals such as cows, pigs and dogs, who further create nuisance by spread garbage to further areas.
4. This dumping of garbage may also result in air & water pollution making the entire atmosphere inhabitable and destroying the green area.

Incidentally it may be mentioned this is in direct contravention of honrable pm movement of swatch bharat by maintaining neat and clean road, walking spaces in the colonies.
You are requested to kindly depute your officers for onsite visit and take all remedial measures as may be required under the circumstances.

M/s sana realtors pvt. ltd. h-69, upper ground floor, connaught circus, connaught place, new delhi-110001 has received occupation certificate vide memo no. zp-189/jd (bs)/2010/9885 dt.9-8-2010 from directorate of town & country planning, haryana, sector 18, chandigarh for commercial building block with basements in commercial colony measuring 3.375 acres vide license no.1063 and 1064 of 2006 dated 07.08.2008 in sector 50, gurgaon.

As per above oc:
Condition no.11. that the outer façade of the buildings shall not be used for the purposes of advertisement and placement of hoardings.

Gross violation of the conditions of oc is being done by the builder. there are advertisement being displayed on the outer façade by taking huge payments while denying many owners any address book or name plates
On the entry or any lobby without payment. this illegal greed has resulted in losses to the owners of offices as there are no name plates anywhere in entry or any lobby areas.

Condition no.12. that you shall neither erect nor allow the erection of any communication and transmission tower on top of the building blocks.

The builder has put 10 (ten) large types of communication and transmission in gross violation of licensing and oc terms without any permission. due to greed of the builder radiation and health of occupants have been compromised in the building. due to these factors the building is not occupied by 80% owners.

It is hereby requested to kindly remove all these violation and also fine
The builder and ensure he does follow all the conditions of oc.
