This is bring to your kind notice that i am resident of sector 4 gurgaon and facing low pressure of water frequently because o[censored]nathorised water pump fixed in direct pipe line. Till date no one taken any action against them. If it is leagal to fix the pump then allow me to fix the pump or take strict action against them or sort out low pressure problem.

Hi

Due to the stray dog menace in park heights, dlf phase 5, gurgaon 122009 it is becoming impossible for us to drop our children at the bus stop right outside park heights gate.

The dogs here are like 15+ in numbers and some of them have become very aggressive, often barking at passerby on the road.

Pls. Relocate them as soon as possible

This is to bring to your kind notice about the non functional sodium street light fixed in front of house no 2475 sector 23, gurgaon. The street light is not working for last 2-3 month. Most of then street light in the area are not working so its impossible to go out in night. Can you please get it rectify as early as possible.

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that the helpline numbers published by the MCG are of no use as no one attends the calls on these numbers. I was continuously trying today to lodge my compliant of proper cleaning of silted drainage line and manholes in our area but I could not lodge my complaint on these numbers as the calls were not getting connected or when it got connected, no one was available to pick up the phones.
However, we the resident of Saraswati Vihar, Housing Board Colony, Near Chakarpur, Gurgaon (House No. 643 to 659) are facing a lot of problems as the drainage lines are clogged due to silt and the drainage water overflows on the roads and enters in our houses.
We would, therefore, request you to please give necessary instructions to your concerned staff to carry out the de-silting of the clogged manholes and lines in front of our houses by pressure machines before the start of monsoon.
We would be highly thankful of MCG if necessary action is taken immediately in this regard.

We are facing lots of problems from street dogs which are very dangerous, and are getting aggresive day by day towards residents specially towards childrens

Few days back one dog had bite my father. Daily we are getting some new of these dogs for bite some one.

O kindly pay sum attention and kindly make arrangements to catch the dogs as soon as possible.

I am akhilesh keshri resident of saraswati vihar ward no. 33 gurgaon. We have been facing problem of no water supply in our street. Water pressure is not appropriate as it reaches upto 2 or 3 houses in the beginning. It does not go beyond that. Earlier also this was a problem. After that pipelines were changed but it is of no use. There is no fix timing also sometimes water comes at 2 o clock in the morning. During day time not even drop of water. We have called authorised person so many times and also lodged online complaint but no action is taken till now. Kindly sort out this problem asap

now a days, we are facing so many problems about garbage . actually, I lived in Gurgaon .in Gurgaon, I lived in Ashok Vihar phase-3.my house no. is 23 and street no. 4A.in my street no one gabage van can come.last month I submitted some complaints in our Parshad's office but he couldn't do any type of work in our street .last week, I argued with the driver of garbage van. that person arguing with me in a bad way manner.i'm the student of govt. p.g.college, sector-9.lat year, our PM NARENDRA MODII JI started the CLEAN INDIA CAMPAIGN but the efforts of our pm for our country is useless. you are not providing a good facilities to us. it's my humble request to you, please provide us garbage van.my contact no. is [protected]

This complaint is regarding the area Gali/ Housing Board Colony, Sarswati Vihar, Chakkerpur, Gurgaon from Gali & H.No.112 to 128 Road has broken for new sewerage line for 15 days but not constructed sewer line work.
beside this we all are facing a huge problem Near H.No. 112 of overflowing water of sewerage every day, All the sewerage hole caps are already damaged and block so the water flowing out of road & homes.because of overflow in sewage all the time . So that dirty water flows on the road gives access to dirty smell & diseases . People cant even walk on the road, No traffic can pass on the road . Residents near by are in really big trouble there sewerrag do not come in front of their homes,

it is not impossible to even walk on the road at night for an old person due to the unstructured road .


it would be great if you please look into this issue on priority basis.

We the residents of rattan garden gurgaon are facing great difficulty in receiving water supply. The supply of water in our houses is very poor whereas all other houses in our locality are getting adequate supply. We had complainde about this problem earlier in sep, 2015 alos. You were king enough and checked up problem and had taken some remedial measures. There was some partial improvement in the supply but the position has deteriorates once adain. We earnestly request you to kindly get the position checked up once again. Andthe both lines are joined so our problem is very solved but he was not agree to this conection o the pipe line because he was a olotical issue so plz solve the problem

This is to inform you that street dogs, in Maruti Vihar in DLF phase 4, are becoming dangerous. They are harming children. We are looking for a team who can catch and leave in some forest or any animal rehab.Please send a team of dog catcher to get rid of them. One of them dog is very dangerous to kids.

It is a matter of great regret that mcg is indifferent to the above cause which is surely a contributor to "swach bharat" project declared by prime minister, narendra modi.
Mcg, gurgaon has collected huge amount from residents as tax but has deliberately shown a blind eye in providing minimum civic amenities that any resident of gurgaon deserves.
Garbage collection has been left to few local contractors who occasionally collect garbage from houses on collection of money from all residents. Mcg does not feel that it is their responsibility. Probably municipality/corporation of all other cities has a system for collection of garbage through carts/trolley.
Even in many cities the garbage collector uses a whistle so that residents know about their arrival and can deposit their garbage in the trolley/cart.
Gurgaon mcg unfortunately does not have such attitude or willingness but has eye on money.
On any given day most of the high officials do not visit mcg office opposite civil hospital hence making it impossible to lodge any grievance.
It is also surprising that they have the audacity to ignore pm's advice on "swach bharat" and act as per their wish neglecting civic service. They, in that case, should also take responsibility of spread of any communicable disease and be prepared for legal action from citizen's forum for their inaction to a great cause.

Respected sir,


I have lodged so many written complaints i. E. No.64 dated 18/8/2012, 5388 dated 12/8/2013, 5690 & 5691 dated 4/9/2013, 4358 dated 30/12/2014 and personally meet with senior officers of nagar nigam, gurgaon and also briefed & shown photos/mail of the dairy/road condition and various problems being faced by our families due to running of animal dairy in front of government approved our residential houses. Depite of our repeated requests since year 2012 as well as telephonic complaints, neither any action has been taken till date nor any intimation given to me.

A large number animals in dairy and un-proper management by dairy owners are causing health hazard and lead to the spread of infectious diseases. The full smell of dumping waste, vermin, flies, bee and mosquitoes, rates and lizard etc. Comes due to animals are seriously causing health hazard. Out mostly family members are ill due to various infectious diseases. During raining session as well as bathing of animals by dairy owner, all dumping waste comes and lying on the road as well as in front of main gates. Severs are also jammed due to waste and vermin’s and smell comes in our houses thorough air and sever lines.

Therefore, it is again requested necessary direction may kindly be given to your staff to take suitable action against dairy owner and direct him to close or shift the dairy in some other un-residential areas. Your kind and prompt action will be providing great respite to residents of the locality please.

The dogs chase people when they go for morning or evening walk, they bite and hunt for cats. Their population is increasing and few people feed them which makes them follow people who are carrying food with them. They bark at children playing and at the cars. It is scary to walk past their groups.

I expect you to action this grave issue and give relief to the residents o[censored]ppals southend. Rwa has also been unsuccessful in this attempt so w look forward to you for solid action.

I had to pay my prop tax, Have not been able to log in to mcg site for the last 5 days. THIS SHOWS THE Inefficiency of Municipal corporation of Gurgaon.Why do they give wide publicity that Property tax can be paid thru their site if one can't even login and why cant they fix the problem? Hello I am a resident of sector 52 gurgaon and behind our apartment (wazirabad) there is a vacant plot and all the garbage is dumped there. The society residents keep falling ill because the rain water and collects and mosquitoes breed there. There are pigs, cows, dogs sitting on the garbage and the whole area stinks all day!...

Stray dogs creating a havoc by barking all night long. They continuously bark from 11 pm to 4 am on a daily basis, making it practically impossible to sleep through the night. They should be around the Bestech Park View Residency, sec -3, Near Columbia Asia Hospital, Gurgaon

it was an year passed from when teh water supply of the street is not working , beside this we all are facing a huge problem of overflowing water of sevrages every day , All the sevrage hole caps are already damaged and every one is just putting the muds in front of there home and keeping the other side down so the water flowing out of there sivrages do not come in front of their homes ,
it is now a big issue for every passing guy to enter in street in rainy days and for their moter byks .
it is not impossible to even walk on the road at night for an old person due to the unstructured road .
