Dear Sir,

I am a resident of Sec-17C and we get frustrated from Monkeys as the monkeys made the life hell here. Nearby a Govt girls primary school is there and they are so much afraid of the monkeys that they are unable to come to school. Monkeys bites daily around 2-3 people in our colony. So many times called in MCG(Gurgaon) but not getting any resolution. Please do the needful asap.

This Complaint is regarding a NALA and a sewage system running in our colony of PALAM VIHAR, GURGAON. I have been living here for the past five years with this problem persisting every now and then. I am told everytime that HUDA's sewage line to which our drainage connects is at a higher level than our so our manholes get choked therefore filling my basement with sewage water. Now i am told that the main line which MCG is building near sector 3, ashok vihar and palam vihar is in process. That line is choked as of now. Because of this issue, palam vihar residents are facing a lot of problem. In my case the sewage water is percolating through the ground into my basement. I request HUDA and MCG to speed up their work. And look into the fact that the palam vihar line is connected to the main line. Also I hope it is made sure that the lines are at the same level, so the problem does not arise in future.

Dear Sir,
I am a resident of E-2316,Palam Vihar,Gurgaon. This land comes under the ANSAL API group. I Copy this to ANSAL group because they promised us a sewage system in the first place. i feel cheated now after being told that Palam Vihar is a well developed colony.
Profac are the maintenance agency for palam vihar now, for some time.
With profound grief, I have to say that the Manhole in which our internal sewage line is connected is always full and the colony’s main sewage line to which this Manhole is connected is always choked .Due to this our internal line and Manholes in our premises are always full also resulting the sewer water percolating from our choked Manholes flooding our Basement with foul smelling water. This also results in back flow in our drain floor traps and W.C’s in kitchens and toilets.
This is not new phenomena, but existing for a very long time as the sewage system of Palam Vihar is not connected to main HUDA line. The sewage line was being cleaned periodically by SFML, previous maintenance agency on their own as they had evolved this system, but unfortunately you have not maintained this system and the line and Manholes get cleaned only after receiving a complain.
The colony’s Manhole in front of our house to which our line is connected was being drained automatically by SFML or whenever we complained in the past if necessary. In their time we never faced the flooding of basement problem.
Now the flooding of basement with foul water has become a regular phenomenon for the last so many days which is a very grave health hazard also.
The Manhole in front of our house is always full with colony’s sewage and the line is always choked as there is no outlet and there is a blockage in the line somewhere according to your people. Because of this the Manhole is getting full within 12 to 18 hours after it is drained, that too on our complain. As it is they have started ignoring our complaint and take a very long time to drain the Manhole.
It is unfortunate that on 3rd February 2012 at 6.00PM we had to tell your supervisor in a very strong and stern tone to get the Manhole cleaned immediately, as he was not willing to get it done citing late hours and as the Basement had started flooding again. Eventually he sent the persons with the tanker and got the Manhole drained. It is not understood, how could he refuse to get the desired work done when it is a legitimate request from a resident paying full maintenance charges to Pro Fac.
Now on 4th February 2012 afternoon at about 2.00PM only after about 20 hours of draining the Manhole on the 3rd February, the Manhole was full again and foul water was flowing in our basement. We again requested your supervisor but he refused to take action and told us that we have to register the complain in the office of Pro Fac. We registered the complain in the office but it is unfortunate that nobody came to drain the Manhole.
It is to intimate that any mishap due to not draining the Manhole in time shall be the responsibility of Pro Fac entirely.
You are the agency contracted by Ansal API to carry out the maintenance of the colony and it is expected that the quality of maintenance and prompt response to the complains, at least by the residents who are paying full maintenance charges are taken up on priority and urgently. This shall also enhance your reputation and image in the broader context.
It is requested that you may instruct your concerned officials to take prompt action on complains received so that the action is taken quickly and problem solved at the earliest.
It is again reiterated that the problem of choked sewer line and filled Manholes in front of our house may be solved urgently without delay and till that time, the Manhole in front of our house should be drained every day to avoid foul water percolating in the basement.

Sir, this is to report a case of two black stray dogs terrorising the residents of Q-block DLF Phase II. The dogs are in the junction of Lane Q7 and Q3. Please help in resolving the problem immediately.

I am a resident of DLF-Phase-V, Golfcourse Road. As of now the road has not been cleaned for about past 3-4 months. No municipality worker was seen on the road for a long time. As a result,it is in a pathetic condition, garbage have accumulated over the past few months along the road side and the sight is aweful. No landscaping activity has been undertaken to use /beautify the waste land on the road sides which is full of weedy bushes.
Earnestly request the municipality to take corrective actions at the soonest.

I am residence of house number 165/8,8 marla,modal town,gurgaon. The sewer line front of my house is blocked. Also there is no cleanliness towards the front area of the homes due to which there are acute chances of an epidemic disease to spread.i complaint to mcd sewage department hundreds of times but nobody come there for that.i am senior citizen and very disappointed from mcd gurgaon.please am request to senior person of mcd look positively on it and understand over problem.

Dear Sir,
This is regarding the complaint of stray dogs in Friends Colony, Gurgaon.
In our area there are so many stray dogs roaming on the roads, barking and biting people. We are not able to walk on the road. They are highly infectious and biting people everyday. We request you to take immediate action against these stray dogs.
We have triend to log the complaint on the mcg website. A grievence link is there but it is not enabled. Kindly look into the matter.

Street sweeper not coming for weeks together. Domestic garbage picker not turning up for 8 days in a row. Resultantly people throwing garbage in the street, leading to insanitation.

It has been 1 year almost , the residents of shivaji nagar block-1 are facing this problem . There is a big problem of sewage overflow & big nala on the road between the block-1 & 2 in SHIWAJI NAGAR (In front of Mahesh Khoya Bhandar) GURGAON. Situation is very pathetic because of overflow in sewage and naala all the time . So that dirty water flows on the road gives access to dirty smell & diseases . People cant even walk on the road , No traffic can pass on the road . Residents near by are in really big trouble .

It can be sloved only after
1. New sewer for contineous flow
2. Permanent closing of Big Naala on road side
3. Buid up the new road

So we request you to look into the matter on urgent basis & take an immidiate action against this big problem .

Number of stray dogs are increasing in our area and has made it difficult for ladies and children to move freely in the streets. They lick the hands or legs while on the move and scare them. Or frequently they have their gang fights or shouting during night as well as day. They are increasing every year.

Today we had society meeting and we agreed to do something about them by approaching municipal corporation of Gurgaon. This is one of those attempts.

I trust through this forum our voice shall be able to reach to the respected government offices of gurgaon who can help us.

This is regarding stray dog menace in B-Block,Sushant Lok. I recently narrowly escaped an attack by a pack of stray dogs near the water tank in B-Block of Sushant Lok.The dogs are getting aggressive by the day and attacking the passers by. Apparently, there have been no cases of dog bite yet, but the situation is extremely threatening when alone. Kindly look into the matter and relocate the dogs....

I am posting this complaint on the behalf of the Village MohmmadPur near NarsinghPur, Gurgaon. This complaint is regarding the water logging problem which is in the worst situation.Its like hell inside the village.Due to waste water logging lots of diseases are spreading in the area. Logged water is making the earth water impure. Water is every where on the road so much so nobody can cross the road without putting his/her step in to the water. this problem has been raised many times in the government offices but nothing happened.

I am a law abiding citizen working in Gurgaon, Manesar as an employee with a Pvt. Company.
I have got almost 50000 of commuters like me travelling by their vehicles every day crossing NH-8 near Hero-Honda Chowk.I salute all of Gurgaon administration responsible for current chaos at the Hero Honda chowk where thousands vehcle waste their 20 lack Rupees of Fuel every day in morning and evening shifts.Just 3 points I have observed in this:
1). To get Rid of Hero Honda chowk's trafic, an expressway was proposed and constructed (I hope that all such officials must have approved such project without caring for daily pedestrians on each side of highway)
2) A reasonably higher toll was imposed between Delhi border and Manesar ( Almost 100 Rupees per vehicle per day).
3).All was OK for we poor and helpless people and one fine and most intelligent person on the earth from Respected Police department decided to open Hero Honda chowk once again.

Just with 10 days of fuel saved this way of smooth flow of trafic, a skywalk can be created on Highways.

I would be glad to know the logic of putting lakhs of traveller's life towards hell just for sake of a politically stong community from Haryana may be 500-1000 in number (who can afford to earn from rentals and pressurize administarion for such "thoughtless, unplanned, chilidish" decision.

Mr. Police commissioner could not ensure that 5 skywalks as publicised and claimed be completed in time (Almost 1.5 years till date) but could open the Hero-Honda chowk in just 1 months notice.

I hope we have some caring persons in Gurgaon Administartion who can either abolish the toll charged or give us roads to travell in time.Please note that we in Pvt. Jobs.have no pensions if our companies sack us for continuously reaching late to office. We also have no servants like you all people have to take care o[censored]s in case our wives divoce for not been able to reach back home in time.


I beg that you please do something so that people do not feel shameful and demoralised to live and work in Gurgaon.
