Municipal Corporation Of Ahmedabad — Regarding Property name Transfer

Hi,

I have submitted my request on 7th April 2022 for change of name for property with all the required documents. There is no status update on the site https://ahmedabadcity.gov.in/portal/web?. Itried calling given number to get the update. To my surpirse, I got the update stating,
- There will be no action on the online applications.
- It will be physically, I have to go to Mumnicipal oofice.
So I want to inquire -
- What is the purpose of feelng the detail on portal.
- I have lost 15 days because of the same.
- I am not from amdavad and at this time I a not in India.
- Doe this mean all Prime minister Modi talks about "Digital India" and "vibrant Gujarat" is only in his speech. I am sure that is not the case.
