Municipal Corporation Of Ahmedabad — Street pole closed/not working for the last 3 months.

Street light no. ASMU- 81387 is not working for the last 3/4 months.
when i lodge the complaint through your online no. [protected], they forward complaint no. 3634324 dt. 31/03/2021

after 1 hour i receive the message that your complaint has been resolved. in fact, no work has been carried out.

just to show that, at the end of month, there is no query is pending in their Area. how can they they do so without solving the complaint.

it is serious matter as inspector gives misleading information to higher authority & fool them.

urgently solve the pending query. i have reminded at least 10 times to solve the receptionist staff.
the pole is just opposite to my House. if they phone me, i can come out for their help.
