My complaint No: 64958 for cleaning of choked lanes full of dirty and sewage water.As rains start coming the dirty water flows all over and inside.Extremely dirty smell.Local contact no provided by BMC has promised to do but with no action.kindly do the needful.Around 11 houses effected by choking of lanes which has a mix of sewage, dirty and rain water.as the rainfall intensity increases this choked water spreads across the street and inside the houses.It could be a major choke in the main line which could have a dangerous reaction in the coming days of rainfall.
Immediate action should be taken to avoid any major calamity.Apart from stink and back flow the whole area is full of insects and mosquitos which could give rise to unexpected ill health.
Area is E-7 Arera Colony, 1100 qtrs.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that from 2013 there is no internal colony roads in AVANTIKA AVENUE PH 3, NEAR RISHIPURAM PH 1, Besides of Sent Xavier School, Bhel. From Municipal depts some officials regularly come and take the measurement every time. But till date there is no any kind of road development in our colony. Every time there is some accidents happen. Childrens and old persons are unable to walk on path. Pls help us. Your cooperation for the same is highly appreciated. Thanks & regards.

Hello I m a resident of B 48 kasturaba nagar my mobile number is [protected] ..we have been complaining about sewage problem since 8 days called so many times they dont respond to call first if they receive they dont listen properly... they have not given us any complaint number also...sevage problem has become so severe that sewage water has entered our homes.we request u to please look into our problem sincerely...

In Hosue No. I-121/27 Shivaji Nagar Bhopal there is large tree is hanging on the your electricity wire and this in just upon my gate which is very dangerous.

Requesting you please aling your Line man staff to resolve the issue on priority ASAP.

We are facing severe problem of rain water clogging. A 5 minutes rain creates a lake around our house. Vehicles passing by bring a gush of water into our house inside the hall. The level of drain outlet and road from our colony to the shops behind our house is very high. Water cannot flow outside. I am complaining about this from last few years. We just need to lower the drain outside our colony to the main road. I am expecting that the problem will be solved soon.

Lodged complaint on 2nd July 2018.Complaint No 62322.This is for clearing/cleaning blocked lanes and sewage man holes in E-7 Arera Colony Bhopal.Coordination No provided by BMC [protected].No response.Whole lanes and man holes full of sewage dirt.Whole area stinking.Water back flows during heavy rainfall.Reminded on BMC Tel no:155304 over 10 times.No action so far till 11.30 AM dated 07/07/18.Can you help ?

Hi Team BMC,

I had visited new market at Titan corner (in front of Bake and shake).

Few peoples are illegally collecting parking fee and offering receipts of rs 5 .

Police station is hardly 100 meters far from that place still no regulations was seen.

Need to know if we need to pay fee OR just refuse to pay and complaint against them at police ??

There is a sever problem of sewage and encroachment in Hemu kalani Nagar ( Rohit Nagar Phase 1, Ward :52 ).There is one sewage tank for three colonies. It has continuously been leaking since last 4 years and there is no outlet for water to flow and in the middle of colonies there is always a pond of dirt.
We have been complaining for this since long but no action is taken yet. Now due to this one colony has made a wall between the colonies to avoid water flowing to their colony and due to this situation has become worst. All the dirt is spreading in the colonies and there is a high chance of spreading epidemic. Around 2000 families ( Tilak Nagar, Raghu nath Nagar, Sahyog Vijar and Hemu nagar) are suffering due to this.

Need your immediate attention and focus to address this issue else during rainy season, water will start flowing to houses of colonies.

The roads of both sides at Fortune Junction, Bawadiya kalan have been dug and left without constructing the road causing accidents at the spot.
No authorised man of the agency was available at site and the location may v
cause serious accidents in night or day time.
This is an alarming situation and may result in a fatality if not taken care immediately.
the concerned contractor has to rebuilt the damaged part of the road to allow the traffic without any safety threat.

Unhygienic kachra lying on plot no’s b-81 & b-83 alkapuri is lying there & is not being cleaned by bmc cleaning staff.
Though we are regularly paying money to bmc towards maintenance a big heap is getting collected.
‘ have reported the matter verbally at bmc office saket nagar too but in vain.
It is hazardous & full of disease.

Worst experience in bhopal. Due to poor streetlight and big pitholes. I got my foot ligament injury. I have been suffering from four months. I don't even feel safe here anymore on the roads now. Lack of poor administration, infrastructure and facilities, a common man has to pay the price for always. I need to ask the authorities where can i get the justice.???

This is a complaint regarding road repair as the contractor dig the road for narmada water line at janakpuri jumerati nehru road and after installing pipe line he leave the road line as it is which daily causes road accidents and pollution, which is irresistible to live in these condition.
Please do something or i will complaint to the higher authority of bhopal.

My complaint is about water supply not provided by the local supplier... I live in kohefiza bhopal and the service of water is everyone's right... Please do something about it... The area i live in is known as kohefiza please do check the status of water supply...
The landmark of the area i live is near masjid wali... Water tankers from municipal corp. Are asking too much of a commission...

The roads in this area of the city are in very bad condition. They have not been repaired for the last over three years. The roads have so many pitfalls which sometimes cause accidents to unwary drivers.

The streets are not swept properly and regularly. During rains water collects here and there and drains overflow. The water stagnates giving rise to mosquito menace and malaria. I fail to understand why the authorities do not rise to the occasion and meet this menace to public health.
I hope immediate action will be taken by the concerned authorities.

I am a citizen on bhopal and my address is abhinav mangal homes, near sirt college, bhopal and my complaint is that our colony did not get service of garbage truck could you please give us service of garbage truck. Now that time there is so much garbage which is very harmful for the people who is living there. So please do something for it.

I am a resident of rohit nagar phase-1, bawadiya kala. Several near by shops are disposing harmful waste near our houses into open plots and in front of mpeb substation. Due to rainny season the waste is now smelling very badly with harmful fluids running down the ground and polluting ground water table. Several diseases like dengue, malaria and typhoid may spread eventually if cleaning precautions are not taken.

Exact location
1. Abhinav arcade, rohit nagar, phase-1, opposite best bites restaurant.
2.in front of mpeb substation, rohit nagar, phase -1 bhopal.

Please note that garbage from the residences of essarjee adharshila barkheda pathani society is not collected for the last 7 days. House no. 100, ssarjee adharshila barkheda pathani ward 54,, bhopal.

It is also pertinent to mention that they have not also collected garbage on daily basis instead they are doing the same one day gap, although they have charged fees re.1 per day (Rs.365 annually for each house) for each house,

Kindly do the needful on urgent basis. It would be highly appreciated if you could resolve the issue permanently.

We are residents of green heights, gulmohar colony (Landmark : aura mall)

Although the area is primarily residential, a lot of commercial activities have also started in a past few years. We have rain water drainage available on the both sides of the main road. However, several eat outs and restaurants are discharging their sewage into the rain water drainage in this area. This has blocked the drainage and it is now overflowing with dirty sewage water.

There is sewage water all around, especially at the entry gate of our society (Green heights). Residents of our society are forced to enter only by stepping into the dirty clogged water. The smell of sewage water is all around the place and the clogged water has become breeding ground for mosquitoes. The restaurants are not making any conscious efforts to solve the problem. They should be made to develop a proper waste discharge system for themselves.

We are attaching a few pics and video for your reference. It is requested to address the problem at the earliest as it is causing a lot of inconvenience. Also may prove epidemic.

Hi sir i m mohd shafiq (Engineer) from bhopal chhola road phoota makbara bhopal. Today i had gone for fill the water bill with my cousen but there were not filling bill saying that whose work is this he is not available. But there was many people. They saying go to computer system and that men who is sitting on computer system saying call someone who is sitting below the water tank. After sometime with arguments a lady is ready to do work but with very lazily saying to us fill water bill full of 1 year don't fill 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 month. Sir it is our decision to fill 1, 2, 3 or 4 month. Sir please help us because every time they do not meet. Signature wala to kabhi time par milta hi nahi jab man chaha ate hai chale jate hai aur puchho to bole hai koi hai hi nahi si mai aik din 11 baje gaya uske baad 1 baje uske baad 4 baje koi nahi mila sir it is my humble request to you please kuchh kariye ye log aisa behave karte jaise aehsan karte ho ajj us ledi ne to customer ko hi salah dedi ki app hqmare hisaab se chaliye. Pure saal ka bill bharo ikhatta. Sir. Unhe apni duty karne mai hi dikkat ho rahi hai. Sir hamare ma bqap ko ghar bhi chalana isliye thoda thoda bhar dete hai aur sir hum to pure15, 16 sall ho chuke hai. Kabhi bhi bill nahi chhoda.
