I have purchased a new flat on 28/02/2018 since that m continuously trying to get water connection/nagar nigam connection to my flat but every one is ignoring.
I tried my full to get connection.
1. They said we don't have water connection form come after 15-20 days. We went after that still they saying the same.
2. We tried to register complaint on CM Helpline but in that OTP is not generated i tried for many times not only one but many days and time.
3. I took reference of many high authority but all are same.
4. I asked for dues if it is with my address as I don't have receipt but they are not telling that also for that also they ignoring.
5. I said as m suffering lot problem as i have no source of water but they said we are not responsible and we can't do any thing this is government department things go like that only.
6. In this plot their are six flat to which all five having individual connection accept me.They came two times for survey and they did.But didn't gave result to me. Although they said they will do connection after survey but they dint did.
Its my request you to kindly take action against it and make solution as possible
