Municipal Corporation Of Bhopal — Tahsildar not validating birth certificate on the basis of all government approved documents

Dear sir,
I need your help and want to bring to your attention to a very basic practical problem related to birth certificate issuance in madhya pradesh.

I applied for a birth certificate file # is 942/b-121/201-201.

My name is ajeet pal singh, & i work in ibm india pvt ltd as sr. Project manager...

I was born in bhopal, madhya pradesh on 11th may, 1974.

I possess a valid passport, adharcard, 10th, 12th, & graduation, post graduation marksheets, pan card, driving license etc, that ascertains my place and date of birth.

However to travel out of india (Belgium) for work, i need a birth certificate, so applied for birth certificate at suvidha kendra, collectorate, bhopal.

At the moment the application is with tahsildar, mr bhuvan gupta ji at t. T. Nagar circle for verification. Even after having all these valid government authenticated documents presented to him (10th, 12th marksheet, passport, adhar card, etc etc); he did not agree to verify them, as hospital record is missing, although these documents ascertains my birth details.

I have also submitted an affidavit for the same. I even visited the hospital where i was born to trace the 43 years old record of birth, but could not able to trace the record.

I am not sure of mr. Bhuvan's intention but clearly its a loss to time at every end.

May i request you to please help here. When i visited the tahsildar, mr bhuvan gupta ji yesterday, he mentioned that if central government issues a circular to him for approval the birth certificate on the basis of passport, marksheets, adharcard, pancard etc then only he will approve my birth certificate order. So today i have wrote a note to pmo india office for the same.

I request you to kindly help. I shall provide all other necessary details as needed.
